i have my business on yahoo account from many years, but now it has hacked by someone... yahoo account is [protected]@yahoo.com

i have business from USA.. but hacker came with the same name of company from whom i am doing business.

giving Bank Account with the same name..

I am in problem and unable to do business.. Kindly suggest me how to secure my yahoo mail account.
now i have change my yahoo account.. but my all business contacts are in my previous account.

my new account is [protected]@yahoo.com, kindly reply me at my new yahoo mail... otherwise hacker will be alert if you mail me my previous account

I am very upset that the news is so biased toward Hillary Clinton. Why when an investigation is reopened do you search for reasons and quote people who discredit it. On top of that, any and everything you can report negative about the republican party you through out there like its important. So disappointed. Not looking to you for news anymore. We live in a time where the press is no longer trusted. I have a degree in Journalism, and ethic 101 was always be non biased. I am so disappointed that the mainstream reporters twist everything and create stories, to get traffic.

I consistently get news notifications on a daily basis, which I haven't minded. But recently I have been receiving the most ridiculous news stories about the least little thing happening with trump that somebody makes up because they can't find anything truly substantial making him unfit to be my president! Yet not one news alert has been posted about the consistant daily factual news that comes out on hillary and the dnc! All the proof of the horrific corruption spewing from the clintons & their minions has been in black and white in emails and on video! But yahoo says nothing? I received another alert just now saying "trump hasn't spent the hundred million extra he said he would spend on campaigning before election day"! Wth?! He has already spent hundreds of millions of his own money on his campaign! Hillary hasn't spent a dime of her own money, she's getting it through all her back room corruption no one wants to talk about! How bout you send an alert out on that?!
I have been a customer for 14 years & I am now physically ill that you would join in the bias reporting and help in the corruption! I know you think we haven't noticed or that hillary has more supporters so its ok... But... Sorry to burst your hillary bubble but trump has more supporters than hillary, hands down! Wake up! Delay in service x 2 months. Coordinated with customer service in 2015. They said they would provide a 30% discount during 2016 billing cycle. In 2016 coordinated with yahoo regarding said discount, which was not reflected in the invoice. Provided incident number from 2015. After 1.5 hrs on phone they denied ever offering said discount despite incident number reflecting told situation. Then notified yahoo that I will discontinue services. Checked billing information and made sure the payment would not be authorized. 2 weeks later the charged unauthorized payment. I in NO WAY authorized this payment via their online database. They simply had my billing information on file and charged at their whim! Called billing services and was on phone for 1 hr+. They refused to refund money of $34.95 and did not lay claim to any part of the series of unfortunate events. Once I shared that I will dispute charge with my bank and report to BBB they placed me on hold to talk to their supervisor and they never transferred me through to the supervisor. Stayed on hold additional .5 hrs and was told they will refund me. Wasn't sent a confirmation email of incident or refund. Was only provided an incident number. I hope they follow through with said refund...

Yahoo took over my google engine. I uninstalled everything google and yahoo and I switched to explorer and yahoo took over that as well. Selecting default or uninstall/reinstall did not work; their malware infiltrated my entire computer. Frustrated I sent a nasty email to yahoo headquarters and 2 days later my computer completely crashed. I have no way of replacing my lap top computer in my financial state.

This :always" happens. I log-in to yahoo correctly then they are supposed to send a code They never do-and my telephone number has not changed. What for? Either you are paranoid or there is a $$$ incentive for you to. I most assuredly is not convenient nor is it necessary. I have been waiting now for an entire day but you [censored]s tell me I have asked for the code too many times and you have to wait 24 hours to do it again..

I can't just exchange my picture in my account on the Personal Info page on my Yahoo email page.
I could not find no information about this simple activity, no possibility to do it.
Also I was very unhappy that Yahoo has not any email contacts for asking a question. Everything that I've seen is not answer my question.

Trying to log into my old email and don't know the password so I click on forgot password and it brings me to a new page that asks me security questions to verify my old phone number which is fine I did that filled in the blank of the missing digits problem is I don't have that phone anymore so I say that I need to try a different route and it takes me to a backup email which I'm locked out of as well now I can verify my name my information on my email account I get on the phone with customer support after a long. Of trying to get just my emails address out for him to understand he gives me this big spiel about how that he can tell somebody is hacked my account and for the small fee of starting at 99.99 he can get me back into my email what the heck is up with that so I have customer support on the phone and they say that they can help me get into my email but they got to charge me $100 like what the hell is that he saying I've been hacked by somebody out of this country out of the state and it's some sort of fear yes some protection on my email I don't know it just bothers me that he was able to get back into my email and I gave him all the information and he wouldn't help me unless I paid $

I cannot type a simple email because your system pops up ads on the side bar. When they are revolving your email page will not allow me to type anything: it simply stops waiting for ad to display. This would be ok but your stupid ads rotate every 9 seconds or less. Every time the system will not let me type a simple email. Change it or i am moving to google! My email address is [protected]@bellsouth.Net they use your service. I will simply move my email to another service if nothing changed by 9/3/16. This is not a threat just a simple business decision.

Yahoo news- does anyone really need to tell you that posting a story about some sick and twisted psychopaths abusing and subsequently slitting a dogs throat on social is not a good idea? Not only is it utterly disturbing and upsetting, you are also giving the perpetrators exactly what they want- attention.

Yahoo as most media have shown their anti Trump pro Hillary coverage of this 2016 presidential election. This sort of journalism would only be expected in the Soviet Union. I like many others are disappointed of this biased journalism, it is another encroachment of our foundation of American Freedom with such dictatorship coverage of an election. Some of your CEO's should get out out of the pockets of Corporate America and their political puppets in all branches of government and report on the unbiased truth and facts of both candidates. Let the American people make an informed decision based on unbiased, truthful reporting, which was the reason of the creation of journalism, for which many of its founders suffered extreme repercussions.

Ever since you introduced advertising on our email pages, my experience has gone to hell. You say, in that mealy-mouthed marketing babble that "your feedback is used to improve your Yahoo experience". No it's not! It's not used at all because I keep getting the same totally irrelevant ads slowing down and frustrating my "email experience", fo what?

So that Yahoo!, having forced this advertising upon us, can now charge us $5/month to remove it? That's just like the old Mafia protection racket which deservedly received prison terms. Yahoo! should get the same. The service has gone to hell cince Marissa Mayer took over - she's another Carlt Fiorina!

I get all my news from you. Lately, when I click on a news article, it opens up in another window, but then it's only one paragraph and then it makes me hit another tab that opens in another window. What's up with that? Why can't you just let me click the news article and read it in the new window, like it's always been done before? This is getting so frustrating that I might have to get my news elsewhere. I am on a limited data plan, so every window that opens costs me!

Negative coverage of Trump. Your main news headlines are more left leaning regardless of what is making news at the time. Facebook got nailed for this sort of thing, I hope Yahoo is next. Considering G mail for my usage.

I was looking at man toilet icons and saw something gross! I turned on safesearch and guess what? There was the image again! 1 star quality!

I have been a customer of yahoo company for several years. My email has been hacked in last month and a person sent some email by my name to my contacts and this issue created a lot of problems for me. I had conducted a lot of research and I finally found that it was related to my password. After that, I have decided to change me password several times and I bought a Kasper's Antiviral for protecting my passwords. However, today when I open my email, I found that all emails in my inbox has been removed and there is any email in my inbox. There were a lot of important emails in my inbox and it can create a lot of problems. I want to complain to Yahoo Company about this issue. Please let me know what should I do in this situation.

More and more of the main page is used for advertising. Looks to be about 60% of the page I see is advertisements. Also clicking links to a story about a Russian prisoner escaping out of the food hatch ( WATCH: 'Robber' squeezes through tiny food hatch)

takes me to a story about the movie "Finding Dory" ? WTF

Its just ridiculous the amount of crap we have to wade through on this so called news site. I have had a Yahoo email address for must be 18 years, if it wasn't for that I would never visit the site, utter crap - so disappointed.

Holy crap, I have been a customer for years, changing my home page to yahoo.com, I have a few email accounts but lately they have changed there pages. email is slow and when you follow links on there home page you get hammered with ad's, not just the pesky ones but whole pages launch. I'm giving them 3 more months then I'm switching to someone else. The new design makes you launch into another page if you want to read more than 5 line of txt, not cool.
