I have had trouble with my last two orders with this company. After years of using them successfully, suddenly that has changed, so I gave them another chance after that first order that took FOREVER to get here after several contacts with the company. This last order, hasn't been sent out, and, yes, they immediately charged my credit card. I have a dispute in with the credit card company, and hopefully they will get this resolved for me. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY>

I guess I will never get my product, which was 3 bottles of Salmon Oil, which they list as being available today, when I went in to try to reorder, don't do this, I waited 2 months to complain about not receiving any of my order so they sent a partial order to me. I am waiting still for the Salmon Oil, which the website states "Available today" then why can't the rest of my order be shipped. I wrote them an e-mail, and tried to call Vanessa at extension 101 as someone else recommended doing in another complaint. Maybe we all need to get together and turn in Dr. Mark Kowalski to the Medical Board. I think he is only a Chiropractor. I am tired of waiting, so I will order from somewhere else. My box the partial order came from was from another company...there must be 3 or 4 companies connected with MyVitanet.com...I don't think it is a truly legitimate business, as you cannot talk to anyone, stay tuned to see if this Vanessa calls me back..

MyVitanet.com Scam

Beware, this is an internet scam. Ordered $110 worth of product, they charged credit card but I never received order. There's no way to contact them, either via phone or website. Their system will no longer accept my "password." It's especially insulting that their sponsored links are on Amazon.com and Google, and those companies don't care. I got there through Amazon.com and complained to them about the scam. They just sent me a form letter back about how they weren't legally responsible. NEVER ORDER THROUGH A COMPANY YOU DON"T KNOW UNTIL YOU CHECK THEM OUT. It would've been very easy to see all the complaints on myvitanet.com if I'd done a quick search on them.

MyVitanet.com - Ordered product 4 wks ago, cannot get through to their customer service line when I call during business hours. On weekends get their recording referring me to their website. I've contacted credit card company and am disputing charges for a full refund. I should have read all the terrible reports before placing this order!

MyVitanet.com Not Responding to my contact

Ordered 16oz pump of BioFreeze on 02/13/2011. Order number: vitanet-974569.
After 3 weeks sent them an e-mail inquiry the status of my order and got no response. One week later got the phone number from my banking institution records and called the number. When I called the number only got and automated option that referred me to the Website.
Tried logging back on to the website and said that my password was no good. Requested that the password be e-mailed to me on their link, again no response.

This organization is nothing more than a scheme and advise anyone not to even visit the Website.
I plan to contact my state's Attorney General's Office to register an official complaint.

Ordered vitamins in dec 2010. Obviously they immediatley charged my credit card, yet shipped the order out too late, so I had to cancel the order and they accepted. Since then it's been a nightmare trying to get my refund. No phone number that you can call, no customer service, only a ticket you can submit online. Half of the times they don't respond. I have received 3 times in writing that they will credit my cc within 1-2 business days, but as of today, 8 months into this scam, I've not seen anything from them. So folks, wish I had checked the reviews on this company before placing my order. They are not to be trusted, worst customer service I've ever encountered, just out there to steal your dollars. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I'm all about giving a second chances but MyVitanet.com has screwed up my second order in a row. The most recent being the worst of it...ordered in May of 2011 and still not resolved in January of 2012! Like most companies they charge your credit card for the entire amount of the order, in this case over $50. So far, I've only received $4 of the order and numerous emails responding to my Missing Items complaint feedback. I am on the 3rd email telling me the order is in process, yet another 2-4 weeks. Although it has now been over 8 months since my initial order I may be fighting a losing battle but fight I will! DO NOT order from MyVitanet.com if you value dependable service - I know they will NOT get my business ever again.

NOW I see WHY there is no way to reach this company by phone, ONLY by email! Ordered Biofreeze from them on NOVEMBER 18, 2010, & just received my order on DECEMBER 29, 2010, SIX WEEKS LATER! NO contact from them, stating there would be a delay. When I finally found a way to email them, I was told (via email) that because their prices are low, they often run out of stock. I had to buy 4 small tubes of Biofreeze while waiting on my order, which negated any savings I'd have had getting a cheaper price from them. Found comparable prices on eBay & WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CO AGAIN & I SUGGEST YOU DON'T, EITHER; BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Beware MyVitanet.com! They suckered me in with "free" shipping then nevered delivered my items. After three weeks they gave me some lame excuse about the products having to be "special" ordered, yet they have no indication of this on the website! So I cancelled the order, and now have to wait TWO months for a refund because my order "will be processed in the order in which it was received" and now have to "allow up to two billing cycles to receive" my refund! All this for items I could have gotten from my local health food store! What shoddy business practices! Beware. You've been warned.

I placed an order on March 31 and today is May 5 and I have still not received it. When the item did not arrive in a timely manner, I began checking the order status on their website. Each time the website indicated my order would be shipped in a few days. After about the 5th time this date kept being pushed up, I tried to contact a real person. The only person I could speak directly with was a very rude representative who told me that he did not feel he needed to apologize for any delay as there was nothing that could be done when an item was backordered. He was extremely abrupt and at first told me he did not have a supervisor I could speak with. Eventually he transferred me to a voicemail from which I have received no response. I have called back 3 times and left a message and have still not heard anything back. I also registered a complaint on line and the response I received in no way addressed my concerns. It just said the item was backordered. I emailed yet again but have still not heard anything. I also actually found a number on a website for the founder Mark Kowalski and got his Sprint voice box and he has not returned my call either. After reading other reviews, it sounds that if I cancel the order, I will have a tough time getting my credit card credited. I don't know what to do at this point. Do not order from this company---it is not worth saving a few extra bucks.

I ordered 6 month supply of supplement on November 6 2011, and my credit card was charged after 2 days. After 2 week of no response I checked my order's status on the web site, I found the order, but no mention of the status or why it wasn't sent. Tried to call them but was referred to the web site. on the site I issued an inquery, and got a msg. saying that it takes 3-7 business days to get a response. On the 7th business day I got an email that stated: "We got your correspondance and it will take 3-7 business days to get a response"...
I wrote an email, and issued another online inquiry to which I got the same response "you'll get an answer within 3-7 business days". At that point I decided to cancel my order, and did so on their web page and with email, and after 7 day I got:... You guessed it - see the above messages... I contacted my credit card, told them the story, and they advised me to skip that payment while they investigate. Then I ordered my supplements from another company (cheeper too...) and few days after I got them, I got Myvitanet's package as well... STAY AWAY FROM VITANET!

DO NOT USE MYVITANET! If they have the lowest prices, it's only because they have the worst service! I live in central Mexico where I can't get the supplements I need. I placed a large order with MyVitanet on 2/13/2011. I drove 3 hours round--trip to another town where I get my mail two times now to receive partial shipments from MyVitanet. It's been 3 months and I am still waiting for the rest of my order. MyVitanet does not indicate items are out of stock when customers order. MyVitanet does not email customers to let them know they will receive a partial order afterward. MyVitanet does not respond to emails. MyVitanet no longer has a 800 number for customers to call. There is no accountability, no way to get through to them, no way to get them to respond to you. I will never use them again and would discourage anyone else from doing so, too.

Was promised in writing to receive a credit for handling/shipping charges. Three months later still no credit. Phone number listed instructs to contact via e-mail which is not replied too despite stating a response will be given in 24-48 hours. I would not recommend making a purchase from a company that operates the way MyVitanet. com does business.

MYVITANET APPEARS TO BE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. For over a week since ordering on 01/15/11, I've been trying to contact them by phone. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and refer you to the website which does not allow you to log in, claiming your password is incorrect and then when you request the password to be emailed (7 TIMES) - the password is never sent. Requests made by email (4 times) have not been answered. This company immediately processes your form of payment but does NOTHING for WEEKS, I have no contact of order status and no product. I will be contacting the Attorney General in California and the BBB to pursue this matter and will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges on my credit card. I AM WARNING ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS of MyVitanet products---BUYER BEWARE! Based on previous complaints, I wish I would have checked earlier, I suspect this company is probably taking our money and getting ready to go out of business.

They just scammed me too. For anyone not aware INTERNATIONAL customers BEWARE. As of April 1st 2011 they no longer will chargeback to your credit card you made the original purchase to when you cancel and their site policies say nothing about this at all. They will send after months of waiting a bank check on an American bank. So for international customers living in a country with no checking system depositing costs you exorbitant service fees and also you have to wait close to another month to get the money deposited if you are lucky to even get a refund check. I ordered on 2-15-11 cancelled 10 minutes later and the money was already removed from my credit card. By 4-29 still no refund. I was promised that in 2-10 days it would be in my CC acct and 3 weeks later I get this check from Mother Nature. So when I do finally get my refund I will have lost 30% of a charge that should have never been made on my card in the first place. BEWARE BEWARE, BEWARE !

If you order from this company why not just shoot yourself in the head right now. Look at the volume of complaints. We all can't be crazy. Please heed this warning and look for a better company. Spread the word too, so they go out of business

MyVitanet.com Beware Consumers - they are thieves

Ordered BioFreeze for great price from their website on 12/8/10. They responded with they are out of stock (though website didn't say it was backordered), and suggested I substitute it for freezeRX for the same price, which they had. I responded that I wanted BioFreeze.

Three weeks later I still didn't have my BioFreeze, so contacted their customer support (via their website) and asked for an ETA on my order. No response. I repeated the request every few days, but never got any response from their customer support, even when I threatened to inform their CEO that they weren't answering customers emails! Nothing.

Fast forward to 1/3/2017, I've still heard nothing about my order (nearly a month later). The "Order Status" on their website still says backordered, but no ETA and no responses to my many requests for information. I try the "Report a Problem" link on their website, about my order. But days pass and no response from that either.

Finally, with still no answer and no product, on 1/9/11 I tried to cancel my order. I tried this via their website's 'Cancel my Order', but got the error that it was too late to cancel it! Although it is still backordered and they charged my CC on 12/8/10, and couldn't tell me when I'd get it - their website wouldn't allow me to cancel it!

So, on 1/9/11, I sent their customer support email address a high priority email with subject of "Cancel my order immediately". I received no response.

They have no number you can call and they don't answer their customer support line (which the THE only way to reach anyone). So, after 6 weeks of this, I called my CC company to have them reverse the charge for the order...which they did, temporarily.

I went ahead and ordered my BioFreeze from another website and got it in about 4 days.

On 1/28/11 I received the BioFreeze package my MyVitanet (nearly 7 weeks after I placed the order and nearly 3 weeks after I canceled the order). I emailed them to tell them that the order was canceled on 1/9 and that I would send it back if they paid for the shipping. I got no response.

On 2/25 I got a notice from my CC company that they reversed the credit based on the merchant (MyVitanet.com) saying that they fulfilled the order.

Now I'm stuck with a package I would have to pay to send back to MyVitanet. I don't need it because I got a full supply from the other merchant, but I've paid for it. I'm now having to dispute it via my CC company. This was 7 weeks of hassle while I was trying to get my order fulfilled from MyVitanet since the beginning of December. And now it is nearly March and I'm still in dispute about the order.

So, my caution to other consumers is to be weary of ordering from MyVitanet.com or any of their many alias websites (see other complaints for those details). Their customer service is non-existent and their business practices are suspect. If you don't have a product, you should warn consumers of that when they are trying to purchase it. When a consumer cancels and order, you are liable to cancel it. And, most of all, when you are an online business, you MUST give consumers a way to reach you and you must respond to their requests and answer their reasonable questions.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM >>>>>I ordered biofreeze 12 bottles. 3 oz roll ons. May 27 2017 they took my money as soon as I ordered. I called back June 6 2017 looking for my order. Was told it was on back order. I asked to cancel it and get a refund. The only person who EVERYTIME I call is a guy name Chaz.
Chaz Hall chaz@mothernature.com . He told me and sent me an email my refund would be 1 or 2 business days. I AM STILL waiting. All of you looking for your money or a product fill his email box up let your voice can be heard and just maybe we will get some real answers. THis is website is a SCAM ! BEWARE

I have been trying to get a credit for a spray bottle of Biofreeze that arrived and was almost empty. I ordered 4 bottles and the other 3 bottles were fine. I had requested a new bottle sent free of charge but was told 2 billing cycles to get the credit.

I have also had issues with waiting over a month for product since they keep changing the ship date continually! However, they do charge your credit card immediately which is WRONG!

On this last order, I have had all kinds of issues with changing an email address and several messages back & forth which took over a month to achieve so I would have proper access to the site and in order to have them send responses to the correspondence regarding the credit I am looking for. I have never dealt with a company that is as inadequate or as USER UNFRIENDLY ever before. I will never order again as I do not need this frustration over an order and I will find another supplier of my Biofreeze.

I asked for their address and was ignored but found the address by reading the reviews on this site and another customer supplied me with the address. I sent copies of all the messages and a letter explaining my frustration to that address to make them aware of how dissatisfied a customer I am. I will be submitting a claim to my Mastercard company to go after above mentioned credit.

Here is what I just wrote to them in response to an email which was a lie as they were promising that the credit would be done soon which I DO NOT BELIEVE FOR ONE MINUTE:

"Thanks for feeding me a bunch of lip service because that is what your words are! You need to see that it gets done so that Better Business Bureau does not have to step in! Your saying that your Accounting Department has to have it done manually means not one thing to me! It is all a bunch of garbage and putting off what should have been done a couple of weeks ago! If you had a good customer service and good operation, this credit would be applied quickly! Hmmm isn't it strange at how quickly your BOGUS COMPANY manages to charge my account before something even ships which is WRONG!YOUR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE AS SPEEDY CREDITING YOUR CUSTOMERS AS YOU ARE IN SCOFFING THE MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS! I have been totally informed by Better Business Bureau how poorly your company is run by the multiple cases they have against you! GET THIS CREDIT DONE ASAP to eliminate one more case for them to have to be involved in. You should be closed up and not allowed to run a business!"

TO ALL OF MY FELLOW ON LINE BUYERS...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS AND NEED TO BE CLOSED UP!

Placed an order with company on 08-14-09, they charged my AmEx on 08-17-09.
As of 08-21-09 they still did not fill nor ship the order.
I canceled the order via phone with a Maureen.
As of today’s date Thursday, September 03, 2017, they have not credited my AmEx account.
I have tried to call them numerous times and cannot get thru to speak to a person.
Please let others beware of the POOR customer service they offer and that they are quick to charge your credit card even before they ship the product.

Vitanet.com and their billing company, Naturalist.com, INC are both unreachable. Vitanet.com has false advertising for Biofreeze, DON"T answer numerous emails, do NOT provide a valid phone number for customer service and I agree 150% that they are "wolves in sheep's clothing". Simply put...thieves... I have started a dispute for payment return. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from vitanet.com
