This company advertised 7 day trial products but never send the trial, they charge full price for the products as soon as you order.No trial and test product is sent to try it out.They charge your card with out your permission.

I am not interested in the product. It was an impulse buy. When I called the # linked to my transaction it was busy. I tried the # on the bottle it was also busy. These people are scam artists & if anyone knows how to go about putting them out of buisness please let me know!!!

I did a free trail for 14 days for a diet pill "Acaiberry" but what i did not realized that if i did not cancel within 14 days they would charge my credit card the full price and would every month till i canceled. well they charged my credit card once for $89.51 i called and cancel but they well not give me the money back. then 10 days later i see a charge on my card for $8.91 for a different company but same phone #, they said that when i agreed to the free trail i also agreed to something else i not sure cause the line was bad i also canceled that and told them to cancel any other scam that they have off my account. I well see how that goes. And it is for some diet pill called 'ACIABERRY" don't do it

I really wish I would have read this before purchasing this same product. These people are aweful, whomever they may be. I ordered a free trial bottle $2.95 for shipping & handling. I receive the bottle today in the mail. Well I just happened to call and check my bank status, I have a charge of $89.31 to my account. I called this "company" and she said they had already mailed out my months supply bottle, when I received it to mail it back to them and they would refund my money. This rediculous that people are like this! Go get A REAL JOB!!!

I order this aciaberry and i started not to order. the prompt said they would only charge me a dollar which they did. then i checked my bank statement and i was charged 89.31 and I never reieved the trial. I am ticked off and will call tommorrow am very glad i inquired because I my be up for another charge. something must be done. I will call my bank to get any other payment stopped.

The same thing happened to me. The trial never came then they charged me $89.31 and then a full bottle showed up. I have been trying to reach this company to cancel any further orders, but I get put on hold and then hung up on before I can get a live person on the phone. I also had a 29.95 charge from some other company linked to this sight. They did refund my money, but this free trial has been a NIGHTMARE!!!

I to was charged 89.00 on my card, I also had trouble getting hold of anybody with numbers on the bottle and website .I looked on my statement and called the# that was next to the charge .I called several times & was put on hold. I finally reached someone after about 1/2 hour.I told them I never got the product and I wanted a refund, the girl said fine it would take 3-5 days that was on 11/5/08.I called again today11/19/08.I had to get rude but I think it worked this time.
