Hi all,
Just said I'd chip in here with my 2 cents worth. STAY AWAY from this scammer, his name is Marti Morris, "Marty". He claims to be in Balbriggan, but he is in fact in Dungannon up the North which is surely illegal in itself. Units 1-3 in balbriggan Ind Estate are actually unoccupied and up for letting on various websites.
He has various websites and companies registered under his name, including wire stripping, log splitting and waste disposal to name but a few.
He has no warehouse, no shop, no brain! He drop ships most of his items from KMSdirect in the UK and charges the customer extra for the privilege.
Reason I know so much about him is because a friend of mine got burned on a purchase from this joker on Donedeal last year and when he called up to complain things just didn't seem right. Zero professionalism, you have to wait for a call back from the North after you call his fake number in Dublin which he has some halfwit sidekick answering and then once you actually get Marty on the phone, his web of lies start to unravel because the man hasn't got a clue how to articulate what he has portrayed himself to be online.
I can 100% tell you that this person is a complete con artist, has no idea what he's doing and has nothing in place for the customer care side of a business. He only cares about taking the customer's money!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was looking for a brush cutter and came across Myirishmarket.ie.. They were offering a 5 year guarantee with the product so i sent off a message asking what exactly did the guarantee cover. I didnt get a reply, so during the course of the day i sent another message, no reply to that either so sent two more the following day.. still no reply. So decided to telephone.. no reply so left a message ... guess what. no reply.
My advice.. avoid like the plague.. if they cannot be bothered to reply to a simple question about a product, or reply to a message left on the phone what hope do you have of getting a refund or parts should you have a problem with anything purchased from this crowd of gangsters .

Why does Donedeal leave these cowboys operate that's what I can't understand I have been caught on Donedeal once but never again I complained to Donedeal over ten times and I've heard nothing back stick with eBay at least your money is covered with them, who's worse Donedeal or the Cowboys well my answer is Donedeal are leaving these cowboys operate enough said.

we offered to collect and replace the chain saw but you refused this offer,
we also explained for it to be that we required the saw back so we could fix or replace it but also refused.
We have tried to resolve this issue but with no joy.
We have warehousing in Dublin and Belfast. We also have 24 hour phone support.

Goes where other chainsaws fail to go! Having owned a number of chainsaws over the past 20 years this is definitely the most powerful yet. It feels solid, robust and easily manageable. Tears through logs my old saw just can't hack. Exceptionally good value for money too.
Well the guy is called Marty. He has no word and no sense of customer after sales service. I bought a chainsaw which didn't come with all the bits promised. Then it stopped working because the pull start mechanism had an inherent design flaw. Eventually got through to Marty the Boy. Forget the Dublin number btw, some sort of mailbox convenience thing. So Me Bould Marty the Boy agreed to send on some bits once I told him I was heading off to UK trading standards(They have teeth btw, unlike the ROI folks). Marty the Boy was well versed in heading off this type of thing and agreed to send some bits. He wouldn't agree to refund me the money until he had the machine picked up. Possession being 9/10ths of the Law, I held onto the machine. Needless to say, nothing arrived. So Marty has the money, a shiny website, what seems like a big bunch of unhappy clients and blissfully carries on without giving a s##t. So I've got a chainsaw which fails CE standards. Next stop CE standards people. Marty the Boy might like to explain to them why he is importing equipment which would fail a basic engineering quality check. And this is a chainsaw we're talking about, a lethal bit of kit if it malfunctions. Lesson learnt - Don't buy Jack from Marty the Boy.

xactly as described and fantastic value for money. If you're looking for a great value built toolbox this is the one to get. For everyday use in your shed or garage then it really is great. What a load of bull!
I can attest to being scammed by this loser as well! If you do a DNS lookup on both websites, it is blatantly clear that MyIrishMarket is an almost carbon copy of InTheMarket...they copied almost all their products and one can come to their own conclusion from the business names.
I in fact intended to buy from InTheMarket, but MyIrishMarket's similarity duped me into buying from them. I never got my item (as they don't stock anything, they must have read "A Simpleton's Guide To Drop Shipping From your Couch")...anyway I took this loser to the small claim's court and got my money back.
Don't be fooled by this individual, as rest assured that's all the company comprises of, give him a ring and see for yourself. The lack of phone manner and business sense is astounding, almost to the same level of a lack of a physical premises or stock.
