Hello my name is Sandra Mobley. I placed an on-line order for a free trial of acai cleanse burner, but recieved power green tea instead, which I can not take do to health reasons. I have tried to call the number that was given. They were either closed or have twenty calls, and Im waiting to be answered. I want to make a stop to my credit card for what I did not recieve. I dont even want to try the Acai just do not charge my card. please contact me by email mobley804@comcast.net I would really appreciate your response. Thank you

Hi,
my name is Donna Cornett. I placed a free trial of acai cleanse burner and have not received it, plus my account has been charged 78.23 and I cannot get in touch with anyone and this internet address stinks. Where are the real people? Do not charge anything else to my account and it is already suppose to be cancelled as of 3-21-09. Hi, my name is Donna Cornett and I ordered off the internet a free trial sample of Acai Alive and have not received it, but have been charged 78.98 on my account. I want this to stop. It should have been cancelled on 3/21/09 anyway. Do not charge anything else on my account. E-mail me and give me a cancellation #. This is pitiful when you cannot speak to a person and this e-mail address stinks.

hi this is lisa nachor there was an order made to my credit card for some kinda grant or whatever i did not make this order and do not want to be charged for this please call me and cancel out this order
my daughter has done this without speaking to us about the matter

I placed an order with myinternet orders on 3/19/09 as well. I never received the "trial offer" and noticed they were charging 78.98 to my account. I immediatedly called the company at 1-800-597-9684 to cancel and they admitted that they were backlogged and hadn't shipped my order. On 4/2/09 they told me they would refund the 78.98. I waited aobut 2 weeks and called them back. They said it would take about 30 business days for the refund to process and that I would see the refund by 5/14/09. On 5/19/09 I still didn't see the refund so I contacted them again. They told me that on 5/15/09 the company went out of business and that I should contact my bank to have them try and go after the company for the refund. This is a big scam because if I try and order the product from the company I still can so I know they are not "out of business". DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
