Empire Today did not honor their contract that was signed by the installation respresentative at the time of service. They went up on finance charges without notification. I was repeatedly placed on hold, transferred and disconnected as I was trying to get this resolved. I was transferred from one dept to another for over an hour without any resoluion. As I finally spoke with someone, they told me they could not discuss the finance charges regading MY account because it was confidential... Empire Today and GE Money Bank kept putting the blame for the mistake that was made on each other...They have given me the run around regarding this matter, which have led me to file a formal complaint with their corporate office, a lawsuit, and report them to the Better Business Bureau! I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. They have the worse customer service skills with the intent to fraud consumers!
