I bought the template from www.myamazonsupport.com as I needed to appeal suspension of my Amazon account. This was the worst misatke I have ever made. Once I submitted my appeal I was pernamently suspended from Amazon and I will not be able to sell ever again. I have spoken to another seller who used their template and exactly the same thing happened to him. We are both considering a law suit against this website for misrepresentation. They claim to have 97% success rate- do not be foold into paying them any money. You Have Been Warned!
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Don't use them to help your reinstated process. I paid them to help my Amazon suspended account with consultant services last year. Their template never sucked and they didn't reply back to me anymore. It took me over a year to decided to email Amazon again and they reinstated me after my own effort. So don't ever pay this people any money and they will only take your money. They are a scam and inexperienced.
I completely agree the site is a total scam..
recently someone made a fake online account named Linda Marshall and from what ive seen - has been going around scamming people and discrediting their competitors.
I have a friend who bought their template and boy was it a mistake.. tried to get a refund and they gave me the run around and then told me "how does it feel to get scammed sucker.. Lulz" who does this? I hope someone hires an investigator and sues myamazonsupport.com TOTAL SCAM!
I just saw this when i was trying to find the site again, they were great i was able to get reinstated in 12hrs. Sorry that you didnt get reinstated but from my expirence i can let you know we as seller sometimes make big mistakes. Not to point fingers but if your suspended its becuase you made a mistake so dont blame it on a site trying to help. They helped me get back which is why i was going to go back to thier site and leave a great review.
I am another victim to the website. I visited the website again and they come up with a more expensive scam and rebuild all new reviews.
