My Ticket Tracker review: Hidden charges 8

I've purchased concert tickets from this company but amount that they've charged me for was completely different from amount that I thought I will be charged for. I've read their policy after making my purchase and realized that there are lots of hidden charges and customers are not warned about them during checkout. Avoid this company.

Bought what I thought was Montreal Canadian hockey tickets from what I thought was the Bell Center website - huge scam - watch out -
they hide the astronomical fees and also charged me in U.S. Dollars -
Complained to Visa and they said they couldn't help me - apparently it is the Bell Center allowing the third party vendor to do their
thing and we get mislead!
I'm going to complain further and see if the CBC or MarketPlace want to examine this story -
Total Rip Off and my tickets ended up costing me twice as much!

I purchased two tickets and was charged over double what they are worth. Didn't know until I downloaded the tickets. They have another persons name on them. Never go to ticketmaster. They are a ripoff.

they scammed me out of $400 for tickets they later said they sold to someone else. I don't think the tickets ever existed. They never let me talke to a supervisor or anyone with higher authority. It was for a children's show on ice, it was my daughters 6th birthday present. By the time I realized they were scamming me they were no tickets left for the show they were sold out. How mean and inconsiderate people can be is a sad thing that we have to deal with in todays society.

My husband purchased tickets and was told there was a $30.00 fee. They didn't tell him it was $30.00 per ticket. As soon as we seen the confirmation email (with in 2 hours) we called them and they said they would not help us. Not only that the lady yelled on the phone and when asked if we could talk to a supervisor she said no. No matter what she would not let us talk to a supervisor. I asked her if they taped the phone conversation to listen to it and she said not that she trusted the person who sold them and would not let us talk to anybody and we were stuck with the tickets. Terrible customer service. I feel they are a very dishonest company and would never ever recommend them to anyone...worst customer service ever.

How are they allowed to stay in business? Unfortunately, my girlfriend bought tickets from them for a children's show. They charged $45.00 for each ticket as special handling. Of course they advertised the low price and hide the fees. I have NEVER heard of such a charge unless they are scalping tickets. This is for a children's ice skating show.

This week, we googled for Pantages Theatre LA June 2013 tickets for "Pricilla". We picked the site whose name claimed it was the official Pantages ticketing website. WRONG it turns out but we did not know this. We ordered 2 tickets- And when the confirming email arrived, it included OVER $ 100 IN HIDDEN, FRAUDELENT EXTRA CHARGES: over $ 45 per ticket. We immediately called the 2 businesses identified on the website/ email (Xceptionaleventickets and MyTicketTracker.com -- and told them to cancel the order. We were given the run around. even though they had not had time to in any way rely on our act of falling for fraudulent advertising. We confirmed our cancellation request via email. Notwithstanding, on Fri 5/3/2013 FedEx attempted to deliver tickets from Barry's Ticket Service 23622 Calabasas Road, Calabasas CA 91302. We refused the FedEx envelope. IF there is not a prompt crediting of our credit card, We will file suit or whatever it takes to resolve this outrageous conduct. And we will ask if others want to join in the suit. BTW, we learned that Ticketmaster is in fact the official ticket ordering site for Pantages LA- and they charge a very low handling fee!

I brought a special delivery Milan Soccer ticket from this website-paying $200.
I brought this ticket more than 1 week before the game-the order was to be delivered to my hotel 6 hours north of Milan.
Instead I was told to collect the ticket on the day of the game -4 hours before the start.
When I complained I was told they would only refund $40-the cost of postage-not cancel the ticket.
This is not what I brought-I only brought the ticket due to their promise of delivery to my hotel-as I have no interest going to a venue which I do not speak the language & getting there 4 hours before the start of the game.
This is a very bad web site
