I spoke with the man, who has worked for the company My Tax Hero. He said that he could help me to fix taxes. I asked many questions, but this man didn’t respond directly to my question about the license. I was suspicious about his stories, license and did a little research. I found out that he vanished with the customers’ money and wasn’t honest. As well as he liked to tar other companies reputations. Please, be careful if you agree to deal with this man.

I asked direct questions and was treated very rudely! Any honest snd ethical businessman would welcome questions by their client, not be sarcastic, rude, or vague. I was eager to get the ball rolling and to help in way I could... but I wanted to ask questions any normal human being with a brain would ask before forking over $$ they didn’t have to begin with! My questions were irritating to him, and he talked over me, and seemed rushed. If the business is legit... Jonathan should reign in this employee as to not scare potential clients away. Just a tip. There may likely be some truth to this complaint. I researched and won't be taking my taxes here. Family operates under several business names ("my tax hero", "(last name) cpa corp", "pasadena professional services") while reputable financial service professionals typically use one. Among father & sons, no active CPA licenses, no CA attorney licenses, only 2 are enrolled agents - hence, subject to much less accountability for ethics, professionalism & training. Search of last name at unicourt.com reveals some in family allegedly don't honor their own financial obligations. Business address is a house. Amateurish at best.
A fake for sure, most of the times these people try to blackmail you by posting negative feedbacks on such platforms, which don't even bother to do a little research and are being openly used for blackmailing by such scamers. They would ask for money if you want to get the complaints removed, these sites are creating more problems than helping the people. This one looks the same, no mention of the name of the representative, no contacts, nothing to make it specific, it looks so generic and unreal. Be-aware please.
A fake complain for sure, they have helped me a number of times with my tax issues and I always found them cooperative and honest, Jonathan is the one who deals me and he is one of the best tax professionals I have ever worked with :)

Looks like someone is trying to defame the company, the complaint isn't properly explaining anything or the name of any representative, they contacted, they say the man ran away with their money but the last time I checked, company is till here and working with a number of clients :)
It's quite obvious this complaint is fake. If we weren't so busy helping the hard working people of our great country get a fresh start, we would undoubtedly sue for defamation. Based on the bogus complainer's grasp on the English language and totally baseless accusations, it's quite clear that this post originated from a competitor who cannot stand on the strength of their own service(or level of education)
