My name: Dr. Van Davy review: Blocked email account

My accouint name is: [protected]@hotmail.com. You blocked it yesterday. When "giving" me my "code number" you only gave me ONE useless email address to find it. That emaiol address has not been used since my wife died 3 years ago, it is now no longer on the University server, and I don't remember the password in any event. So .. my business has been badly affected because you [a] blocked an account which had no problems associated with it [b] provided me with a useless email address with no other option[s] available! You are VERY difficult to make a complaint to ... or to get you to fix, or help fix, the devastating effects of the sudden and unauthorised action you took.
Please fix this problem immediately or else I will be forced to go to the NSW Ombudsman for a fix. It is NOT a problem of my making yet you make me pay - savagely, as it turns out.
