I applied to a loan to my money helper.co.uk and no where did it state they were a broker i had to fill in all the forms with my bank details no where did i give permission to take money out of my account ... all they do is rip you off for money you have not got they took £59.99 out of my account and then put me into a worst position as i have had to pay the bank back the fee's for not having the money in my account for a direct debt going out of my account which i knew of and i had enough funds in my account for this direct debit... with taking £59.99 out of my account it created me to be overdrawn and the direct debt i had i have to pay charges they get you to fill a form in and you have to put your bank details in to carry on next thing you hear is nothing ! apart from them taking the money with no permission at all and surely there should be laws to not allow this to happen if i was in a postion to not apply for a loan i would not have gone to this company to start with. Is they ways i can get my money back HELP NEVER DEAL WITH MY MONEY HELPER RIP YOU OFF !
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They took moneys from my account of £69.99 without me even knowing that i had to pay anything
no money for Christmas the bank fraud team are looking into it
there as been money taken out my bank I did not give you permission to take any think and you have tried to take more out this is wrong I want my money put back in
money helper took 69.99 out of my bank Two weeks in a row and i wont it putting back because i Have never asked for a loan or agreed to them taking it
I submitted request for a refund form from my unused extended warranty plan sold by mymoneyhelper.co.uk. Certified letter came back undeliverable. Internet search informed me they had gone bankrupt!
my money helper have a taken a payment from my bank account that i have not autorised i do not know were they got my deatails the payment was 59.99
There was a payment of 59. 99tacken from my bank account on 17 / 06 2014 i have never used this company and do not know were they have got my bank details as i have not agreed this payment
They have also taken 59.99 out my bank account without my consent want it putting vack asap or ull seek legal.advice.
I applied for a loan from what i thought to be a reputable lender instead i was robbed of £68.99 direct out of my account with no authorisation. My money helper is a broker that masquerades as a lender for the express purpose of stealing money
they took £59.99 out of my account which i gave my permission for i want it back i will be contacting my bank to tell them this is fraud. my email is cginns@btinternet.com

I had £59.99 taken from my account on 11/11/13 with out my permisson and wood like this put back now as i cannot aford to lose this money

They took £59.99 out if my account without permission and so upset its made me lose out in buying a Xmas present.

same happened to my husband on 26/6/13 and the 27/6/13 59.99 each time no loans were applied for very angy as left us with no money for a whole week..!
hi, my name is lucian, and i have the same problem, but they didn't took 49.99, they took 59.99..so pleqase put back the money, i haven't applied for any loan i haven't authorized for any transaction so i'm asking you nicely, put the money back, not just to me, to everyone.thank you 18/06/2013
Hi, this has got to be illegal to be taking money from peoples accountants without permission . You have also taken £49.99 from my sons accountant without even asking him please put it back. He's only just getting started out in life and does not need this happening 12/06/2013

I did not authorise you to take this money and have not used your services in any way at all, this is blatant theft and I will be persuing the matter further if my money is not returned to my NatWest bank account.
Also had £49.99 taken from my NatWest account, this is theft, please return the money immediately, this has caused my account to go overdrawn and another bill has as not been paid becuase of this, I did not authorise you to take this money from my account!

hi this is amrik singh, i dont need any kind of loan or borrow money, please put my money in my account which you already debit, because someone used my details to get a loan or money, please im requesting you to put my money back in my bank account... please this is my request to you please dont debit anything from my account, once you already debit please put it back, it is a fraud case.i saw my bank statement i got trobble in my account. i dont know who used my details. thanks
