I gotta say, My-lolita-dress is not the best place to buy your lolita dresses. I mean, you could just go straight to Taobao or use an independent shopping service. I recently received a dress from them and it was damaged. The right side of the bust had two ripped seams and the hem on the base of the dress was unfinished. It's not really their fault, but it does show that they don't check the items before sending them out. I left a bad review for the dress, but it never got posted on their website.

To make matters worse, they cancelled part of my order and Linda offered me a free gift if I replaced the cancelled item with something of higher value. I agreed and bought a more expensive dress, but when I finally got the package 3 months later, there was no free gift. I didn't really expect it, but it was offered as an apology for the cancellation and it never came. That's just not how you do business, you know?

If you still want to shop with them, which I really don't recommend, at least ask for detailed photos of the items before they're shipped out. That way, you can see if there are any damages or defects before you receive it.

When I finally strapped them on and stood up, I was shocked to see that the shoes immediately buckled at the point where the heel joins the sole. These were not stiletto heels, but chunky ones, and I was surprised that they couldn't handle my weight despite their size.

Overall, I was disappointed with the poor quality of the shoes and the dishonorable behavior of the customer service team. They were not helpful at all and made me wait for a long time for the new straps. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for good quality shoes.

All the items I got were really bad and looked like they couldn't be sold because they were so poorly designed.

I ordered a replica of the AP British Bear OP in a size L. I'm very tall so I have no chances at fitting into the original, but when I saw the measurements on the size L replica I was so excited! It would fit me perfectly! I immediately bought the dress as it's one of my dream dresses, and I was very excited to receive it in the mail. I spent about $95 including shipping. (A lot of money for me, but I figured it was worth it for a dress that would fit my height)

A week after the order the status still read as "processing". I contacted Linda and asked why it hadn't been shipped out yet. She responded and told me that they only had the dress available in size M, but they would be happy to get me a size L to fit my order. I asked her to please get me size L, since size M would be too short on me.

She kindly obliged and sent me my tracking info another week later. However, when I received the dress, it was a size M! I emailed her about the mistake, to which she replied that they didn't have any more dresses in size L (although she had told me she would send me one?) and that I should just "try it on" to see if it fits. Of course I'd already tried it on, and it was MUCH too short. I responded on a Friday asking for a refund or for her to send me a JSK (which would fit) instead. She told me that she would get back to me on Monday, which was a bit lame, but I understand that most stores are closed on the weekends so I waited patiently. On Monday she replied saying that I should just "sell the dress" to which I told her that I would like at least a half-refund, to which she responded that she could only give me $10 back because "her profit is so low". Honestly, spending $95 on a dress and only being offered $10 back is pretty much robbery.

I asked about the JSK again, to which she said that she would pay return shipping on the OP but that I had to pay full price+shipping for the JSK. Um? If I have to pay full price for the JSK, why would I even send the OP back?
