My Computer Works Inc review: They ended up breaking the computer even more and then the company had the nerve to charge us $300 3

We had a little Problem with our computer. I called My Computer Works to have them send an IT Tech out to take a look at the problem. The Tech they sent was the most unprofessional, dumbest IT Tech ever! He had no idea what the hell he was doing. So he started googling problems that he thought what was wrong with our computer. He ended up breaking the computer even more and then the company had the nerve to charge us $300. I would not recommend anyone to use My Computer Works. They are such a rip off! Go to Geek Squad. At least you know that your computer will be fixed right by professionals.
