I am also receiving charges to a business mobile with Telstra. The number has been blocked and I am STILL getting charges each month - absolutely ridiculous !
Between the 3rd of July and the 10th of July I recieved five unauthorised text messages before I sent the stop messages because I wrongly believed if I didnt open them the was no way I could be charged (idiot) When my account arrived there were $25 worth of charges from mwayts/mobile 365 pty ltd < I have been in contact with said company and have not recieved any satisfactory answers other than buck passing and that they would report the other company to the telecommunications ombudsman if I had not been contacted within 48 bussiness hrs, well that was a week and a half ago and neddless to say not contact from anyone or return call from Mobile 365 PTY LTD to see if there had been a resolution of my enquiry. At no time did I apply for or agree to any content to be sent to my mobile
