I did not apply for this insurance as I have insurance and don't need this plan.If they do not stop the withdrawal from my checking account I will obtain an attorney and file a suit.I don't know how they got the informatio to withdraw from my ckecking account so this must be a case of idenity theft.

I just found out that I have been charge from that MVQ health plan. I have no Idea where they got my info from but it could be anywhere. Have you done business with a company that digitalized slides? I thought that the site was not secure enough and I went trough anyways. They may have got the info from them.

I had a charge from them and another compant that is similar to them, I called them right away and they promise to refund it. I have yet to see a refund though...

PLEASE call your bank. I was told this charge is debited to your account if you ever purchased any kind of GRANT CD. Even if you cancelled out the Grant program fees, your credit card info was made available to dishonest scammers like MVQ. My bank is starting a protest to the charges and they should be reversed.

I was charged $29.95 from MVQ health plan, and I have no idea who they are. I will call them tomorrow and complain and demand a refund.

I was charged 30.95 from MVQ health plan and I am going to call my bank during lunch to demand they stop payment on this charge. Can anyone tell me who this company is and how they got my CC number.

I have just been charged from MVQ health plan. Who are they and how did they get my information? For the records, I do have my own health insurance - and I have never solicited for any of their services. Therefore, I would seek legal redress if my payment isn't refunded within 3 business working days.

I got a charge on my credit card today for $24.95, also. I did an background check through Intellius.com. I called 1-877-993-6264. They said that I had joined a year long subscription to that site. After talking with the lady on the phone and after a few harsh words, she refunded the amount back to my card. I have also contacted my bank for them to send me out a new card with a new number so that they don't try to do this for next month.

I have not only 1 but 2 pending charges in my credit card today for $29.95 from this MVQ health plan which I did not approve of! This was so upseting I called them and told them I wanted this transactions canceled that I new nothing of their so called health plan. They promised to cancel & refund that it will post to my account within 2 days. the women I talked 2 asked if I or any member of my home had signed up to Free credit Report.com with my account info. so I'm assuming this web site is where this occured. I also called my bank to cancel my account # & got a new 1 so this don't happend again this is scary now every time I go online I wonder if I should even use my credit card! This is MVQ health plan # 1-877-993-6264 for any1 else that's goin through this problem.

I would like to thank you guys for putting the phone number up... I've been getting these $1.00 charges for a few months and didn't pay any attention to it until I got an overdraft fee ($38) for going over by $.03 beacause of MVQ Healthplan! I week later I got the $29.95 charge from them as well. The company is really Privacy Matters 1-2-3 and I think I got it from Freecreditreport.com, where they charged me $1.00 for my scores. Anyway, after calling them today with a not-so-happy tone, there refunding my$29.95 and the $1.00 charges. My bank will wipe out the fee... phew. Call and give 'em hell!!!

Me too! I have no idea who these people are, or where they got my info. I'm struggling, I'm barely keeping above water here, and i call my bank and find i'm at negative 200 dollars!!!
Turns out there are 2 charges fom this health plan i never signed up for, and 1 from "Credit protection"??
Another service i never bought. Why would i want to check my credit? I know it stinks!!
So along with the overdraft fees( i had about 10 dollars in my account) i'm screwed!!
When i called the number on my statement, they said i needed the transaction number from the bank, because they had no record of me having an account. Yeah, that's because i don't have one!!
Wow. Pick on someone your own size, guys. I don't hava pot to... well you know, in!

I HAVE THREE PENDING WITHDRAWALS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NOT AUTHORIZED. THIS IS A RIPOFF YOU GET WHEN YOU ASK FOR A FREE CREDIT REPORT. TWO OF THE WITHDRAWALS I GOT WERE FOR $29.95 AND ONE FOR $ 102.38. IT'S HARD ENOUGH FOR RETIRED PEOPLE TO HAVE MEDICATIONS AND FOOD MUST LESS SOMEONE RIPPING YOU OFF. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS? IT IS DEFINITELY UN-AUTHORIZED. MORE NAMES ARE HOME SAVINGMLL & INS. PREMPRIMERA LI. THEY ALL GOT TO US.

I just found MVQ Health Plan on my bank statement today. Totally confused about who they were I Googled the name and found numerous complaints similar to mine. My husband knew who they were immediately since it happened to him months ago. He had ordered a pizza on line from a very popular pizza business (**** John's!) and without his knowledge was signed up for "Discount Shopping Membership". Your signed up for money "saving" coupons! Give me a break! He disputed it on his American Express card and they took if off that day! He was told they had 700 complaints of this company doing this to people!!! Evidently often when you buy something on line they (with permission from the company your buying from who probably get a cut.) have a box somewhere saying if you do NOT check the box you will be enrolled! Sounds like an illegal act but unfortunately it's perfectly legal! The only place I can remember buying from was Amazon! So now I am suspicious of them!

SNEAKY THEIVES IN MY OPPINION! LESSON LEARNED: READ EVERYTHING WHEN YOU BUY ANYTHING ON LINE LOOK FOR THE FINE PRINT! And check those rip off boxes! I have a name for these theives I can not use on here! Debbie in south Florida

IF YOU GET A CHARGE FROM MVQ HEALTHPLAN CALL YOUR BANK! THEY WILL SEND OR EMAIL YOU AN AFFIDAVIT OF FRAUD TO FILL OUT. SEND IT BACK OR TAKE IT TO YOUR BANK AND YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU REPORT IT TO YOUR BANK SO THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR CARD GIVING YOU A NEW CARD WITH A NEW NUMBER.
JUST KNOW THAT SOME WEBSITES YOU BUY FROM ALLOW THESE THIEVES TO (HIDE) IN MY OPPINION THEIR TRAP BOX SOME PLACE IN YOUR PURCHASE THAT TELLS YOU IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN THEIR (MVQ HEALTHPLAN OR DISCOUNT SHOPPING (WHAT EVER NAME THEY ARE USING) MEMBERSHIP!
READ EVERYTHING...LEAVE NO BOXES UNREAD!

I just checked my bank account this morning and found a charge for 19.95 to MVQ Healthplan. I am very upset, I have very little in the bank right now as it is. I called my bank and they really can't do anything until it actually posts, probably tomorrow, but then we can file a complaint and go from there. When I do call them back tomorrow I'm requesting new numbers for our cards. I don't know how they got our numbers, I haven't bought anything online in awhile. I was actully glad to find this sight and all these complaints to make my complaint legit.

I was charged 14.95 by two separate companies, MVQ Health and Passport to fun plus. They informed me that they recieved my information through VISTAPRINT after I thought I ordered some FREE business cards from, for which I only had to pay shipping and handling. Apparently a health plan and a fun passsport comes along with these free business cards.

On 8/8/09 I was fraudulantley charged $19.95 from MVQ after making an online purchase from khols online. I was unable to immediatley reach anybody from MVQ and subsequently filed a fraud complaint with my bank.

I have a 29.95 MVQ fraudulent charge from my checking that I never authorized and had never heard of I googled the name and found this site. I am calling my bank tomorrow and calling these people as well. If I need to file fraudulent charges I will. Why has this company not been sued?

Seems MVQ isn't getting the message - my VISA account shows a 10-31-09 charge of $24.95. Never heard of them before. So what are our State Attorney General's office doing about this??
