Cancellation of Membership
I called to cancel my membership with MVQ Credit Score Complete. My membership was cancelled but I was told I could not get a refund of $19.95. I would think that if you cancelled your membership that wasn't used, you should be able to get a refund.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Have not received report
They were suppose to give me my credit report with an option to sign up for continued service .
I have never received the report. They charged me the dollar and for every month since have charged me $29.95 without giving me any service or the report.
The only proof I have is my bank statements

I just checked my VISA account and discovered I had been slammed with a $29.95 charge from "Credit Score Complete" (as shown on my statement). I never ordered this or even requested any such thing. I will dispute it to my cc bank.

I did not sign up for this service. Nor did I request it. It has been taken out of my account long enough. I want it to stop A.S.A.P. If it doesn't, further action WILL BE TAKEN!
I paid $1.00 for a one time credit report. I never saw on the website that if I didn't cancel they would charge me $19.95 monthly which I found out when I called them after having $19.95 withdrawn from my debit card for 2 months (Feb & March). I was told by the supervisor that they would not refund my money. I have never received the report and don't know where to get it on the internet website.
