Mural Superstore review: Poor service 4

I purchased a wallpaper mural from these people, and upon installation of the first panel, the paint and paper came off. On calling the company, the "sales manager", Dan, was rude, arrogant, abusive, and condescending to both me and my installer. The instructions say different things in different places, and can easily be misinterpreted, so they have an "easy out". The company offered neither refund nor replacement, so I strongly advise everybody to STAY AWAY!

I ordered a wallpaper mural from these people, and when my installer (a professional handyman) tried to install the first panel, the paint and paper came off. When I called the company, their "sales manager", Dan, was rude, abusive, condescending, and arrogant to both my installer and me. Their instructions say different things in different places, and are very misleading. The company offered no refund or replacement, and refused to stand behind their product. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, or be disappointed and mistreated. THEY ARE THE WORST!

I ordered a large peel and stick mural by phone. All seemed fine, but a minute after hanging up the sales rep called back and said there was a problem with my credit card and the address didn't match. He said I needed to call the issuing company and check the address.
I called the card company; my address was correct.
I called the mural company back to tell them my address was indeed correct. I received a huge lecture about how I could be using a stolen card and they'd be out the product and the money, etc etc. In the end I suggested he try my card again because I really did want the mural. He told me the charge had already gone through. So why are you calling me back and complaining about my address not matching if you already got an approval code for my purchase?
But the mural came in two days, it's beautiful, and in spite of the weird phone convo, I'd probably buy from this store again - just do it online!

STRONGLY agree! Worst customer service I have EVER encountered! Michael was so vile and vicious that coworkers who could hear how he was speaking to me were concerned! If this is how they treat their customers, I cannot imagine how they treat anyone else!

Totally agree. I dealt with Michael who was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my 41 years! Coworkers in other offices could hear how nasty he was to me! When he proceeded to tell me "deary you obviously have never sold anything online before you have no idea how it works" I realized this company is a sham! They charged me for an order and then told me that my bank was telling every merchant I dealt with that I was a fraud! Of which my bank laughed at! They had the wrong zip code but had already processed the charges!
