Muhamet Kurtis, KG Trading, Hamburg review: Non delivery and providing fake pop documents

We had a contract with royal charter petroleum for the delivery of 200, 000 mt of d2 per month. The contract started in august 2016 with a first lift of 100, 000 mt. Everything was negotiated via muhamet kurtis of kg trading in hamburg and copenhagen.

The first lift was delayed with muhamet kurtis constantly making assurances that everything was fine and the first lift was imminent.In mid september muhamet kurtis stated that we needed to get our logistics in place. Accordingly we arranged a vessel to collect the first delivery fob rotterdam. With the vessel in place the delivery was day after day delayed. At all times muhamet kurtis told us not to release the vessel.

We finally received the proof of product documents on 13 september being a dip test authority, tank storage receipt and a tank storage agreement. All the docuements were fake. Even when we told this to muhamet kurtis he still urged us to engage sgs to carry out a dip test at more expense and forwarded messages with the gps coordinates of the tanks on the tsr. The tanks on the tsr were located in front of a chemical factory in rotterdam and supplied chemicals to the factory.

Even more alarming was that in the following 24 hours we discovered that muhamet kurtis had invoiced the same non existent d2 to two other companies using exactly the same details and exactly the same company invoice number from royal charter petroleum. He had even manipulated the bank account details of our attorney in new york, which in itself is a federal offense.

Our company is now substantially out of pocket in expenses and in addition substantial loss of profit. Anyone engaging this company and individual should read this very carefully and proceed with great caution as our experience is that muhamet kurtis is at best economical with the truth and treats buyers with contempt.
