I have never sold a puppy to an Ashley Anderson. I did sell a puppy to a Nicole Anderson is Mississippi. This puppy was happy and healthy and when she picked it up from Delta Airlines she signed the release from them that stated the puppy was in good condition and it was released to her. I have written statements from both Delta agents in Jackson, MS and Omaha, NE that state the puppy was in perfect condition when accepted and when claimed by the party. I also have Vet health certificate that stated the puppy was in excellent condition. There was nothing wrong with any leg on the puppy. It was also microchipped and verified on the correct puppy. Then I found out this Nicole person also goes by other aliases to scam people out of puppies and their money. I did NOT have any idea that she was a PUPPY MILLER/ BROKER!
Now I find this out after the fact and tried to get the puppy back. She refuses to send me the puppy back as I am sure she has sold it. I offered her money back! I filed suit against her in court and if anyone knows where the puppy is please contact me.
Here is evidence against her scamming other people1

She and her friends are now attacking on the internet!
If you would like to contact me personally I will give you reference from over 30 yrs of very happy owners of my healthy dogs that continually come back and will only purchase from me as well as Veterinarians that have my dogs. If anyone wishes to get into a character debate with me such as Ashley, Nicole or whatever name she is scamming people out of pups and their money, I have an Attorney that you can deal with!

Ashley, Nicole or whatever your name is. I think your reputation speaks for itself and everyone that has been scammed by this person PLEASE contact me. I already have 14 people and I know there are more. I filed suit against this person in several names. She wanted to keep the puppy and get her money back, PAYPAL sided with me and said NO TO HER SCAM! THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PUPPY UNLESS SHE DID SOMETHING, SHE broered my pup and that is why she can't send it back to me for a refund. And she lies as she only paid $800 for the puppy, isn't that a suprise! I have everything documented. She has a VET? on her PUPPYMILL payroll that will say anything I'm sure! She also posted so called emails that are fixed and one sided. What an idiot and a Joke! See you in court, hope you have the money when I win. Better go broker some more sick puppies to ignorant people.

My attorney is going to bury this woman in court. He is very good. Let's all do it together! Thank you in advance!

Nancy Sedlacek nows sells Portuguese Water Dogs that are horribly sick. She will always be in the dog business. My puppy arrived very sick and had an eye disease. She eventually lost her eye. I contacted Nancy and she then wanted to charge me 3500 and be part owner of another puppy with me. I keep my girl and loved her with one eye. I have just had to put her down with Cancer my heart is broken. I have talked with five other families who have purchased dogs and lost all of them within two years of life. We are banning together and contacted akc.

Ashley Anderson is now doing business as Tea Cup Puppies/Boutique Teacup Puppies out of Texas, near San Antonio. This business is listed in the Humane Society of the United States' recent publication “101 Puppy Mills: A Sampling of Problem Puppy Mills in the United States”. Check out this publication and buyer beware.

This is WIDE SPREAD - Throughout the entire United States and they are even connected with Korea. Many websites too. Many bad people. They have been doing this for at least 20 years, maybe longer. The same group of people - 20 years or more. Can you believe it? It is true.

Not sure but think "rescue groups" might be mixed up with them too. Thinking the dogs that don't sell end up as "rescue dogs". Not saying the rescue group is connected with MS PUPPY CONNECTION. But some thing is going on with some rescue groups that are connected with puppy mills. And also some of the rescue groups are selling T-Shirts, Caps, etc. - Some thing is not right with some of those groups.

The whole group is revamping right now. Changing sites, wording, etc.

It does need to stop. What to do?

If you really fall for Nancy saying that her she has a vet on payroll and she would say anything that is obviously wrong. A vet does not go to school for 7 years plus and then take a chance on lying for a client to have her license taken away. It does not work that way. Have any of you actually contacted her vet to see if what she is claiming to be true. Have you asked for copy of x-rays? I am a licensed veterinarian in California and I find that Nancy could be trying to slander this woman simply because she did not want to take responsibility for her dog. I see this happens a lot. The dog breeding world is sure a nasty one I can see it here plain as day.

My relative was scammed by another breeder, not this one, but we are being very careful before we buy a puppy now and I was going to buy from this breeder but I saw a report on Pissed Off Forum about the Nanny being fake and I posted about it here to warn people because I almost bought the puppy and I almost joined up to the free puppy too and read about that not being true too. I read about a photoshop too. We were already scammed once and afraid to have it happen again

When plane lands Nanny runs to cargo to grab up the puppy for that airport and runs to meet waiting owners. OWNERS THINK PUPPIES FLY IN CABIN. Nanny hops back on plane to another airports. Yes you did sell me a shar pei puppy and not do not want to take full responsibility for your actions. You can attack my business all you want as you sold me a puppy with a congenital, genetic defect. I refuse to send the dog back to you as you sent him in an unfit condition to start off with so why would I send him back to you. He is my husbands loving pet and I have shared my story with lots of people and shared my experience with purchasing this dog from you. You called me a liar and I have all the emails I will post here as well from where we went back and forth to prove you tried to state that I did something to his leg. You are one hateful, lying horrible breeder who should be ashamed to send a puppy for which I paid $850 with a disfigured leg. You hid it in his photos when you were selling him. I didnt think to look at his leg to think well this show breeder might have tried to fool me and send me a dog with a bad leg. Today I will post the video of his leg from my phone on youtube.com and post the link here as well. As I sent her multiple videos showing the dogs leg. She still have his brother on puppyfind named Jonas asking $2000 to show home knowing her line are riddled with bad genetic defects. Show person or not you are dishonest and should not be breeding dogs if this is what you are going to produce to sell to loving pet homes as we are.
You want to now make false complaints about my business because you did wrong. All I wanted back from you was $500 refund to go towards his surgery to have his leg repaired. You knew about this situation before you sent him. My vet clearly stated this before he left.

Here is my vets information again as I have asked you to contact her numerous times. Now maybe other buyers who think about buying your dogs will call her as she would be glad to tell you the same thing: Dr. Jones at Crooked Creek Animal Hosptal [protected]
We have all xrays and copies of vet records if needed.

I do take strong offense of your insulting me by saying I switched the puppy when taking him in for a health certificate. The puppies are all microchipped and checked at the Vet with the letter of acclimation that is also signed by the Veterinarian along with health certificate. There was nothing wrong with the puppy when I sent him to you. I would never have sold him or sent him to you. I have no documentation from you as to what is wrong with him. He was sold for less as a non breedable pet due to the fact that he has a major fault of a pink tongue. That was it. Everything else was fine. Anyone that knows me, knows I would never intentionally send or sell an ill puppy. You had 48 hours to return the puppy to me to receive a complete refund of the purchase price with documentation from your Veterinarian. Send him back tomorrow. I want him back immediately before I refund your money. I have just spoken to my attorney. That is my policy. Look at the contract I singed and sent you in the puppy packet. The packet also needs to come back with him. I will take care of my puppy and see what is wrong with him if anything. Nancy Sedlacek

Hi Nancy,
After much thought and deliberation my husband and I feel that this puppy was not what we paid for. We paid for a healthy, non problematic Shar pei puppy and that is not what we received. My vet explained yesterday that this problem was from day 1 and it was very noticeable the second he came out of the crate and also at the vet clinic as when she looked at the stance she could tell that it was not right. I feel that also in the photos of him this was hidden as now that I look closer you can see his left foot turns in and I am really upset to think that someone would do that to another person as I am very knowledgeable of dogs and the breed as my husband use to own one and also I did a lot of research before choosing Joshua now named Boss. I am asking for a complete refund for this puppy and I will quietly leave this alone. If not I will let others know of how we feel about this transaction with you by posting everything about this on forums, complaint websites etc. I feel that you were not honest with why his price was less in the beginning and you never mentioned the fact he had a defective leg. I love him the same and we will not send him back as he will be cared for and whatever surgery will be done to correct this issue with him. I am just really upset with the way you acted as if anything was wrong. I am almost ready to say you took the other puppy in the vet for the health certificate and sent me Joshua with the other puppies health certificate because my vet cleared stated this puppy would not have passed. Not only that he had an open flesh wound on his foot. I apologize if you find this email a bit forward but, I feel that you were not honest and feel that this dog should have been an adoption puppy for a free home as breeders who produce dogs with problems do not sell them they find them an adoption home or if they do sell them disclose the information to the buyer so they can make their own decision to whether they will buy a dog with a medical issue that will have to be corrected. Please email me within 48 hours and let me know what you plan to do about this. The vet said this is a costly surgery $1000 to $2000 surgery so I will take the money I paid you for a healthy puppy to pay for his medical bills. If I do not hear back from you I will be forced to file a charge back with my bank to recollect the funds as the dog being misrepresented.

Her email back to me with offer $300 ( so you took some responsibility here that she sent me a dog with defect but, not enough for $500 refund like my final offer was to her)

The other option if you truly want to keep him send me the Vet documents and I will refund you 300 dollars after I review the information with my Vet. I just don't believe there is anything wrong with him he was fine when he left me.

Okay... I gave you the opportunity to make this right. I will be completing chargeback with my credit card and sending them all the documents. You can call and speak with my Dr. Jones at Crooked Creek Animal Hosptal [protected] and I am sure she will send you anything and everything over including his xrays. He was misrepresented and that is the bottom line. I mean really... the dog was limping out of his crate and I am suppose to believe he was healthy before he left and was walking fine. I will be in contact with paypal also to dispute the transaction and they will also receive all the copies from the vet along with the xrays of the Boss' legs too. I gave you the chance to make it right but, we are not sending him back and you do not have a signed contract from me agreeing to anything other than a healthy puppy which was not sent to me. Also, the $300 you want to send to me barely covered his xrays yesterday which we should have not had to endure an hour after bringing our puppy home. It should have been a happy day for my husband but, instead wondering if they are even going to be able to fix his leg.
Thanks,
Ashley
