purchase a mp4/p3 touch screen player and doesn't work! Turns on, freezes up and won't turn off . Can't get anyone to answer our tickets.

Oh, I've got exactly the same problem, freezed up, shows many ranbow colour dots, cannot turn off or reset, it's a ipodtouch clone, I got it today, and it's already not working. Wow, I got it from LightInTheBox.com
