I purchased a computer a while back from MP. I ordered over the phone after customizing online (I did this to avoid using my credit card online along with having the chance to question the sales person about their company). They never asked me for their product number, just an order number. As a result they sent me all the wrong items because they did not do their job. When I told them what happend they were difficult and unwilling to do anything to fix the problem. I decided to deal with it and just buy the extra RAM I would need for this system to make it acceptable. When I tried to purchase the RAM they suddenly wanted to charge me $20 more than their advertised price for no apparent reason. I gave up and went to another company for the RAM. Finally, my CD-ROM broke about 4 months after getting the computer. I have not found a way to even contact them since it broke. If you are unlucky enough to even find these people run away. They are the worst merchants I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.
