I hired this mover from Craigslist to move 5 vending machines. We agreed upon a price. It turns out there were only 4 vending machines to pick up and they were very small, about 1/3 the size I had told them there were going to be, so there was nothing for them to complain about!! However they weren't going to unload the truck unless I paid them more than we agreed upon.
They left, and called later trying to tell me if I didn't pay the new price, I would be paying storage costs as well at $100 a day.
I agreed upon paying a new and higher price, and paying cash with no receipt and I had to paid in full before they would unload the truck. They left me no choice. They unloaded all the items and only brought one of the pieces inside and left the rest out on the neighbours driveway before they sped away. Vending machines are extremely heavy and I had no manpower or equipment to do move them inside.
I've heard of this scam before. These guys probably do it to everyone, because they have the power...your stuff in their truck.

| i like the idea that you failed the lift the vending machines... you probably refused to pay heavy item fee...i bet you did not pay more that $200 for this move. i used to be a mover and i know how it works!!! cheap people complain a lot!!! |

| I was scammed as well by EXECUTIVE MOVERS!!! Isn’t there anything we can do to stop these guys!!! They quote you one price, then once they have your money and your furniture loaded into their truck, they quote another price. And if you don’t pay up, they keep the deposit and dump your furniture on your lawn. I tried to speak to Moses and Mike because I felt robbed, but both of them hung up on me. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else, but the more I read up on them, the more scams I discover. Let’s put an end to this!!! |

wow these guys are really bad, they keep posting using a different name everyday, should report them to the consumer protection agency, probably not registered and using illegal immigrants to work for them?
So far i have seen the names: Kiyahala, Kuyahala (probably just spelled their own name wrong lol) Executive Movers, Swift Movers, Punjabi Movers, and on and on, so sad these guys are horrible, please beware of these crooks! |

This company is giving false information to their new customers while taking or booking an order for moving, when order is confirm, they don't showup, after many many phone calls by the upset customer, they showup the next day. with a contract to sign with additional charge beside the said amount, this way they know, that the customer has no choice to decide, and he will agree to their demands. this way, this company has misused the trust and faith of honest and innocent customers
They Promised me $45 /hr with 2persons and a truck
They spend 5hr to move my stuff, and I endup by paying $597.00

Hired Francis Movers and met them at the house. Francis gave a price of $1200. We also hired packers Francis got for us. When the packers came they were unaware of some of the rooms they had to pack. Francis came and said that we did not tell him about the other rooms. My wife, mother and I told Francis what we wanted packed but he insisted that we did not know what we were talking about. He then raised the price from $1200 to $1535. We could not say no since it was a day before close.
Went to the storage and saw that he did not cover any of the contents with plastic or any other protective covering.
Would not recommend him to my worst enemy |
