Mountain Vista medical review: poor treatment 1

Where do I even start... This was my first pregnancy, so when the time came for me to have real labor pains the staff at Mvmc did not believe me.. I left work and got to the hospital in a great amount of pain, they saw me and told me I wasn't in labor. they told me to change so I went and changed in the bathroom and it was during that time the nurse apparent came in my room and just left discharge paper on my bed... No talking to me or anything... Gets better... I drive home..in extreme pain that is getting far worse... I get home and can't even sit on my couch, i call my Dr. And she has me go back to the hospital within an hour of leaving. I go back, the clerk does not offer me a wheelchair, by the time I get upstairs im holding on to the walls from pain.. I get there and they say..oh, looks like your in labor.. So they take me to my room and ask if I want an epidural, I said yes. So they call the guy who does them and he gets there.. I bend like he tells me and during the first epidural "attempt" I get a sharp pain from my back to my side..I tell him, then he keeps going and I get this horrible pain in my head..I tell him and he pulls the needle out..it kind of calms down and he told me I would feel a pinch again. So the second attempt a sharp pain shoots down my leg..I start asking him to stop and then BOOM! The worst and sharpest pain ever went straight to my head. I started crying uncontrollably and my body couldn't stay up.. This was the same time my mom, grandma and aunt got there and they refused to let them in the room, when I'm the one that called them.. They had to lay me flat on my back, he attempted a "blood patch" and nothing.. There I was in labor and I couldn't even feel the labor pain anymore because of my head pain... Finally the epidural guy left, they let my family in and they got to witness the worst care given ever... That mistake caused my labor to stop making me stop dialating. The neurologist there wousld not show, my Dr. Decided a Csection was best..I was in such bad condition that I had to be put under. At this time there are a bunch of different doctors.. Some I didn't even know why they were there. My son was born 7hours after the first time I went in. After the Csection they took me to get a cat scan and it showed I had some large air bubbles in my brain because the epidural.. I saw my baby for 5 minutes before they separated us and air vacated me to another hospital with neurologist that would help me. I was unable to get out of bed for a week.. It was the worst thing to happen to me and i wasn't able to see my son until 3 day later. Not one apology has been made.. This hospital made my life hell!
