Motel 6 customer service

Good afternoon, my name is a. Hopkins. I am currently staying at your ashland, virginia property. My husband & I are new to the area & are just getting settled in. We checked in a week ago today and have felt very uncomfortable since. The room itself is fine and we choose this location for the convince. My husband is a mechanic and gets payed daily. We have never missed a payment but we did ask the gentleman at the front to work with us as my husband's job pays at the end of the day. At first the young man at the front said that is fine but then it became a problem almost immediately after with, the only person trying to be remotely helpful was the front desk gentleman by the name of sam. We understand they have a business to run, & I have worked for your company previously in the past. But that is no excuse for rudeness to myself or my husband. Refusal to provide corporate number when asked & when finally having the opportunity to meet & talk with the 'big boss' to be belittled, subjected with rudeness, accused of ' running a game' on someone & asked personal questions. My husband works very hard daily, as do i, and was simply explaining our situation& trying to come up with a agreeable solution for both parties & stay within reasonable guidelines. This was never a problem with the prior competitor chain. We do not want to take our business elsewhere as I have always had great experience with motel 6.

Motel 6 very bad place

i stay on 02/16/2017 check in and check out on 02/192017 very bad services my door key didnt work i went to the office 5 times running like crazy back and fordward bc the keys were not activate then finally i got in it was a lot noise the staff in the daytime were just crazy screaming in the sidewalk and housekeeping knocking our door like 4 times different housekeeping u all need to make a good meeting to the staff bc thats the first time i was not confertable staying bc i always rent motel 6 for my vacation time but this time was horrible

Motel 6 guest certificate

made a complaint last year and received a guest certificate for 1 free night even though I stayed 2 nights, so I took my guest certificate with me over the weekend to try to book a room 1st place motel 6 in Bossier City Louisiana, they refused to accept my guest certificate, so I drove to Shreveport Louisiana sure enough they refused it also. I did not ask about the first one but the 2nd one is owned by Papurpally Kranthikoma. I would like this resolved ASAP, its very frustrating I thought Motel 6 was a good place to stay, but it seems they are not concerned about their customers. Should I never stay at Motel 6 again?

Motel 6 smoke smelly room dirty plumbing in shower loose falling apart

my name is kevin l holden sr.on 6 feb 2017 i had the misfortune of staying over at your hotel at watervaliet.ny.at first checking in i was suppose to receive a law enforcement or military discount...no such thing happened still charged 56.99 dollars.when i arrived to my room and opened the door it reeked of cigarrete smoke. yuk i closed the door and the room echoed because there was only a bed and chair.no microwave, fridge coffee nothing not even an iron, shampoo gel nothing. tv had no remote telephone fell apart, bed was worst then the ones i slept in the army.this place was filthy, i slept over the covers cause i knew these sheets did not smell clean.the shower was not hot nor was there any real water pressure.i went to dry off and noticed the towels were not clean and had pubic hairs on them.i usually dont complain but you have to really convince me to ever stay with motel 6 anytime in the future.

Motel 6 rude staff

Kristen Vadini is the General Manager at Cocoa Beach. She was very rude in her handling of a complaint. She did not allow the other party to speak on behalf of an incident that took place during the check in procedure. She was prepared only from hearing the side of her staff member Cassandra. Upon speaking with her on the phone, she shunned any further discussion and asked for no more returns there in the future. Will follow up with phone call to 1 800 number to explain in detail.
Management should be trained to handle complaints professionally and with courtesy. Guests should always feel appreciated for their business. If any concerns come about, then management should handle the situation in a patient, courteous and professional manner.

Motel 6 motel 6

My name is Lavon Laroux I stayed at Motel 6 in Reno Nevada at all three locations I love the Wells Avenue location to go over to the Plum Lane location how is please explain to me that out of the three hotels everybody does not clean your room and put Towsen I'm beginning to take this very very personal and I would like someone to call me I'm giving you the opportunity to call me and explain how this is happening you should be calling me on my cell phone and letting me know how you're going to reimburse me for this improper service tomorrow I will go in front of my employer Ford Motor Company and I will let them know how I've been treated and have a services I want someone to call me and correct this I should not have to wait for clean towels are clean room I clean my room at 7 AM in the morning Nothing has been done no matter how many times I ask you to at the desk to correct the situation it has not been corrected someone should be calling me at [protected] to tell me how they are going to rectify the situation I am going to start writing letters and understand and get a better understanding of why the service is so terrible here I don't want excuses I don't want anybody to call me and make up something tell me the truth why is it that when you rent a room you can't even get clean towels and get your room clean Is this racial or this is this how everyone is treated let me know

Motel 6 motel-6 room rental

I used to stay at this location 2 times a week most weeks for work. I had a billing problem that was slow getting resolved. When corporate sent me a survay request, I complained about it. Now I am baned from staying at this independently-owned motel-6 that just happens to be the only one close enough to stay for my business needs. They have the right to decide who stays or does not stay at their hotel, but I did not force my opinion on anyone I was asked to take the survey. Darrell... [protected]

Motel 6 price of room and condition of room.

My husband and I are 70 years old and were traveling home to Wa. state on 01/08/2017. We were exhausted and needed a place to stay for the night. We arrived at the Rice Hill location and found the cost was higher than any other motel 6. We paid $61.07, compaired to $54.00 in other locations. The worst problem was apparently there was a fire in our room, the vent in the bath was burn't up and wires still hanging down, also a big burn area on the tub. We were not told of this and were too exhausted to leave. I will never stay at a motel 6 again and will never recommend. We could not use the tub area.

Motel 6 motel room burglarized

My motel room was burglarized on 12-29-16 during the day the police was called and there was no forced entry. As of 1-4-17 the police Stille hasn't retrieved the surveillance footage or the key card data. Management has reviewed the video on 12-31-16 and again on 1-3-17 and yet did not hand it over yo authorities. Management has not contacted me at all and the owner has not returned my calls. I feel so violated by this criminal and by this motel. I feel this is not a way to run a business nor is it a way to treat paying customers. I just can't believe how I've been treated. Motels should take better safety measures.

Motel 6 customer service

I previously have stayed at the motel 6 in porterville ca and the managers there renee and amanda are very rude and disrespectful. I went to recently rent a room ther and the put me on the no rent list for life because every room i have stayed at there has been cockroaches in the rooms different bugs in there its not my fault that there is not good cleaning in the rooms i dont think they should have put me on the no rent list for nothing thats not the 1st time i have been on the no rent list. Before and the room was not under my name but this time im put on ther for life i dont think its right i have paid alot of money there for them to get mad cause i was complaining the managers there are very rude and think they can rmtreat certain people that they are better then them and stero type people its wrong they dont treat their employees right i just think that that they should over look this cause when i dont have no where to go with my daughter i go there and now im on the no rent list for complaining its wrong.

Motel 6 illegal room given

Hello, my name is Jeremy A. Murphy. I'd like the motel investigated that I checked into in Plano, Texas-this previous 12/03/2016. I do not recall the room number due to the hip injury that I suffered from at the Motel. I'd like the entire place investigated immediately! I am not to be touched or injected in any motel. Motel 6 property left behind

I was staying at motel 6 in waco texas... I accidently left a large suitcase in my room... I proceeded to check out and left... I drove a few blocks away and remembered I hadn't loaded this suitcase so I called the motel and notified them that I had left a suitcase in my room and that I was on my way to retrieve it. The front desk clerk told me that there was nothing left in the room and that nothing was turned in or found. I told him that I hadn't been gone for ten minutes down the street and that this suitcase was definitely left behind by accident, I was told that maybe I misplaced it or never brought it in the first place. These people seem to lack the sense of honesty for this being the second time that this has happened to me... The first time was a small digital camara. I understand it was my fault that I left my property behind but in all honesty it should have been turned in and held untill I returned for it

Motel 6 quality of rooms

I am disgusted with motel 6 the room I got had semen stains and blood all over the room I'm reporting this motel for unsafe conditions to the health department I took plenty of pictures and videos and you people need to reimburse me for the money I paid to stay here I had to leave without a refund because it was an unsafe place for my baby! I am posting this on social media and tagging motel 6 in it I have never seen a room so nasty without any help from staff to get a better room it was not worth fifty bucks a night there was drug activity outside and the maid smoking a glass pipe outside my window this place needs shut down I'm calling the health board

Motel 6 very rude general manager

I requested a late Check out 12:00 pm Instead of 11:00 am so my wife and I could get ready for her aunts wedding. I asked on Friday afternoon and the person in the office said OK 12:00 pm was OK. On Saturday at 11:30 am we got a call to our room telling us we had to leave now. The person Pete Patel was very Rude and treated me like a criminal and said That the person I spoke with was not authorized to grant a late check out. He said we had to be out in 15 minutes. We left at 11:55 when I dropped off the keys he threatened to call the Police. I will never stay at a motel 6 again. I never had an issue with a late check out ever before it was either given or not. This was the rudest person we met on our Trip. Also sheets had red stain on when we Checked in on Thursday Night. Good Job Pete! Motel 6 Never Ever Again!

Motel 6 the motel room

We had a wedding in grants pass Oregon when we pulled in it looked nothing like it looked on line and was worried right off the bat. The bed was very very uncomfortable the towels were like hand towels only 2 pillows the blankets were very thin they had the air on and it wasn't very warm outside. I turned it off and tried the heater NO HEat! They offered me an extra blanket and a space heater. No alarm clock no coffee no shampoo no napkin for makeup. The floors are sticky and like fake wood floor very cold and uninviting. I will never stay at another motel six ever. I want my money back no sleep and very rude loud noises all night long. WOW. DONT leave the lights on people will see that they really should not stay here! Motel8 is the way to go

Check in saturday, july 16, 2016 - check out tuesday, july 19, 2016/ 3 nights, 1 room. 4 adults. conformation # [protected]. on the website, I requested a roll away bed. when we got here we was told they were all taken. we arrived there is a iron burn in the floor, the floor in front of the ac unit is completely wet, it smells like dog urine, we had to force the elevator door open, no shampoo, we had two towels for 6 of us. the next morning I went to get towels for us and I was told they didn't have anymore so we couldn't even get showers, we requested a roll away once again, and was told they don't even have them so we were lied to the first night. so the house keeper told us she would make sure we had plenty of towels when we came back that afternoon. we came back 7 hours later to find two towels left in our room so I had to go down to get more. the third day we had to go back for more towels again and when we came back this afternoon we had nonfood service. the room was left undone. our trash was never changed or anything. this was our first family vacation and this was a screwed up deal. because of all the statements above we are asking for a refund. the only good thing we can say about this stay is that the staff was friendly. I would never recommend this particular location to anyone. also our phone didn't work. we deserve a refund this was a hell hole!

Motel 6 bad and filthy service

Motel six south santa rosa, 3145 cleveland, santa rosa, ca 95403, tuesday evening, 3 may 2016 for one sleepless night. The room looked nice enough and the bed was ok. The bathroom hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time. The fiberglass shower pan had been painted over. The paint was peeling, trapping all sorts of bacteria, pubic hairs and? Effervescent stains were visible on front and side vanity marble. The bath door had a rough patched hole that was apparently getting no further repair. The bathroom smelled like old cigarette b*tts. The tv did not deliver a good connection. I could not watch what I wanted to watch... On included channels.

But worse are the giant ash trays all around the premises just outside guests' rooms, like mine. Smokers are addicts who smoke throughout the night. Inevitably it seems, if one goes out, another 1 or 2 join in and cough, talk and choke for 15-30 minutes. Smokers awoke me so often that I couldn't get to sleep at all after a while.

When I finally ventured out into the day light I saw the absolute filthiest walkway and parking areas ever. I've attached photos for clarity. Spit, b*tts, mucous, and stains... Plenty of unwholesome bacteria.

And, there are signs posted requiring no smoking within 25 feet of the entry, while every corner and nook around both buildings are equipped with huge ash trays which are cleaned regularly. There's an irony.

I would like to know that you folks checked this place out.

I stayed at motel 6 on 01/21/2016 in carson city, nv; I decided to stay at this establishment because it was the right price at the moment. I paid $45.00 for a two bed room, once I entered the room there was a stench of old garbage, dust on everything, and worst of all... My hotel room door would not close!!! Seriously. I want a refund!!
