This is true my mother has received more 8 letters from these people so I decided to check things out for her since she has sent them money. My mother is very mad and hurt because she said she thought all the con artist were over seas. This is very dissapointing. The post should stop delivering mail from this company.

My husband received letter from Morgan, Phelps & Stern. Said he had won $2.997, 500.
They ask for $20.00 and he knew it was a scam. I checked ask.com and it sent me several scam bulletins and I decided to list the complaint. It really makes me mad because the poor people, especially, think they have come into a fortune and then, nothing. How can these people be stopped?

Morgan, Phelps & Stern seem to be working out of Chicago & New York. I have gotten a second letter after sending $20 for a registrant fee to Processing Dept. PMB 108. ! Hewitt Square, East Northport, NY [protected].
Just got second letter asking for another $20 for a registry fee. decided to look this up and found it is a scam however the address is different. This time it is Processing Dept, PMB 337, 169 Commack, NY 11725. It must be received by March 1st, 2013. Seems like someone will be going to the address to get mail by then.
