This company is definately involved in defrauding its customers. I spend at least $800 a month with this company so that I can keep in touch with my loved one. A few weeks ago I learned that my account was in the negative by $190, which is impossible to do because you are instantly cut off if there is no money in the account. After continuously calling there alleged customer service department, I was told that my payment that I made with my credit card came back. Mind you the paymnet in question was made a month before. To add insult to injury, a few days later after making a payment to bring the account current another payment supposedly was returned by my credit card company. Needless to say I had to pay over $400 to bring the account current, and after checking repeatedly with my credit card company no charges were ever credited back to my card. I am furious because no one will help me and very few of thier employees speak proper, clear english so nothing is ever resolved. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and the Better Business Bureau already. This company needs to be looked into.
