Moleskine delivery

I have paced an order on dec. 5th, 2017. Two weeks have passed and I still don't have any information as to when it will arrive. Tried to reach costumer service three times, no answers, no return, nothing.in addition to that, just bee informed that not only i'm not receiving my package before christmas - which was the whole point of buying it 20 days before - but also I can't cancel the order until they have more information.
Unorganized company, lack of communication between employees and a lack of knowledge on how to treat a costumer. Worst service ever, never bought a moleskine before, never buying again for sure.

I have exactly same situation as above. Placed order 12/6, still nothing now. Contacted customer service, said to me will shop very soon, still nothing! Terrible customer service and really inefficient supply chain.

I have experienced the same fate. Placed my order on Dec 2, 2017 and have heard nothing since. I contacted Moleskine through online chat. After waiting 3hrs for my call to answered I was told my order was ready and it would be shipped the next day and I would be notified by email when it was shipped. That day was 6 days ago and no notice has been issued. Your right this company does not know what it is doing and the Christmas gifts I thought I would have for Christmas will not be available. I or my company will never deal with Moleskine again. Russ M

Moleskine defective product

I've bought a notebook from moleskine, as you know they have an elastic, but the elastic, of the notebook I've bought doesn't have any strength. I went to the shop where I bought the product and they told me that I could not change it because the plastic cover was opened. If I didn't opened the plastic I could never see the damaged elastic. Therefore and after a few complaints at the moleskine website without any answer I've decide to complaint here, at list to avoid other customers to have the same problem.

Ordered $140.00 dollars worth of stuff Dec 1st, 2015, it is now January 21st 2016. Still have not received my order. I have called in every day for the last 4 weeks and they keep saying it is in the warehouse. They send multiple messages to the warehouse to ship and nothing happens. I get the same excuse every time I call.

I ordered a notebook at the end of January and I still haven't received it. I've called them twice to ask where my notebook is and both times I am given the same excuse; the courier company must have it, we'll check with them and get back to you. Still no one has got back to me. Why can't they send me a new notebook? They're happy to take my money, yet 7 weeks on and I still don't have the notebook I've paid for.

I have been spending weeks attempting to get my large notebook replaced. I received a RULED, RULED, RULED notebook as a holiday gift and the pages were UNRULED. Apparently it requires an act of congress to get a response. The [protected] # did a great job of inventing creative excuses for their Italian counterparts, however I believe that this is a shame. I have been using Moleskines for years and all I am asking is that they replace their defective product. What a tarnishment of such a great history. I have provided pictures at least 5 times and been passed around multiple folks, still no replacement. I wonder what the original founder would think...

I'm not sure where on the site you tried to contact but I've had great luck with contacting them the one time I've had a damaged notebook. They've always stood behind their product and sent me a replacement right away. I believe they'll ask for pictures of the damage and something that has to do with the paper found inside the notebook (this paper better explains their guarantee and what to do).
