Modern Zen Architects is the reincarnation of Diseño Earle from Spain. Its inept owner, Michael Earle (an American from Boston) owes millions of euros to ex employees, suppliers, clients and the Spanish authorities. He absconded with his partner Trisha Miller to Thailand before the rather slow Spanish authorities processed their claims againt him. He is now looking at a prison sentance in Spain for fraud.

Michael is a gifted conman but a pathetic businessman and architect. Do not be conned into parting with money by this man

I was one of Mr Earles unlucky victims and witnessed first-hand scores of unhappy clients, hundreds of unpaid workers, not to mention the seemingly endless supply of suppliers owed hundreds of thousands of Euros. I myself am still owed four months salary which has left me severely in debt.

Working for the Earles was a constant effort in deception and fraud - we were constantly asked to lie about the size of the company, it's achievements and it's financial status. The entire business consisted of making proposals for buildings, mainly in Dubai, which could never be possibly finished as the company didn't have the capabilities to produce the technical drawings necessary to start construction.

This company should be avoided at all costs - any monies paid to them will disappear into Michael's proposterous business model and you will receive nothing but excuses as to why the work will never be completed.
