The most inefficient company out there!
The "left hand does not know what the right hand" is doing. The office will loose important insurance information and not call you(the customer) to update information in order to complete the order. Service is the worst I have ever dealth with! I wish 2 of the former wheelchair companies in Atlanta were still in operation. They were professional and took care of their customers! This company will not take care of you!
I have used other wheelchair replacement, repair companies for over 30 years. I have never had to deal with such inadequate business practices.
I have also called the company CEO and expressed my concerns in order for him to better serve his customers. He was not interested in improvements.
Cons: worst customer care- orders never on time, orders never correct, take too long to get product, office staff loose and throw away valuable insurance information in order to complete an order.
