The company MMO Newgames Group Ltd is total scam. Be careful if you buy from these scammers. I placed the order and paid about $300 for it. After that no phone call, no confirmation emails. I waited more than a month, and I haven’t received anything from them. Also they didn’t communicate with the customers. So be careful if you use this company or leave comments if you had horrible experience with this seller.

I agree this a scam to get your money. Anytime you buy something online becareful that they are in the USA and that you have protection of your information and credit cards from the place of purchase website. If you get the runaround that's because it's a scam. Look for guarantees and refunds from other sources than the one your purchasing from, That a sign that it's a scam. For more information about scams from them look up there Web page and get reviews from other people who purchased from them. Don't let it happen to you.

I can confirm that this website is a scamming organisation. Everything related with "MMO Newgames Group Ltd." is a big scam.
They use an automated customer support bot which 99% of the time is named Pubby, they tell you to go in-game and try to stretch time by telling you that the money is being gathered, and that there are imposters and that I should only listen to the live chat representative.

Through in-game PMs and live chat they try to get your real-life (cell-)phone number and when you try to register it asks unnecessary details in the registration form like;

Date of Birth
Real name and surname
Address
Postal Code
E-mail

Nearly the only information they need to grab a hold of your RuneScape account and probably rob you.
Which is most likely another way for them to make IRL money of off your account.

The second attempt at getting my order ended up with the same representative after waiting the exact same time as the first time (roughly 5 minutes) I told him my e-mail adress I used with the order, and added some extra text, he sent me the exact same sentence 3 times in a row and then told me they were out of stock and that I had to wait a few days. While they said it was in stock like 1 hour before.

Do NOT trust the following sites since they are linked to "MMO Newgames Group Ltd.":

www.runescape4u.com
www.mmonewgames.com
www.imbuygold.com
www.runescape4s.com

Pretty much EVERYTHING which has the company name "MMO Newgames Group Ltd." in it, you MUST AVOID AT ALL TIMES BECAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

Because one thing that I have recently noticed is that we all bought different products on different websites but received confirmation from the same e-mail address which suggests to me that they have numerous websites to scam people on. I went to buy Fifa 15 ultimate team coins and I did not see anything to do with WoW on their website.

Can't we all just report the website for fraud?

I paid 300 dollars for a crafted item on the release of the latest wow patch. They responded days later ( when the item had already declined in value ) by demanding a photocopy of an ID .Would anyone be stupid enough to supply this?(ok maybe someone stupid enough to pay 300 for a pair of virtual slippers)I asked for my money back via Paypal ( but apparently virtual goods are not covered so don't waste your time). They did offer to supply the item some weeks into the dispute but by then I could have crafted my own.I went on this site because it promised immediate delivery and I wanted to gear up fast.BTW try koala credits-they once refunded my money without demur when their seller didn't front up.

I purchased $40 worth of gold for World of Warcraft WoW from the site IMBUYGOLD.COM but I never received it. The paypal purchase confirmation listed MMO Newgames Group LTD with an email of sales@mmonewgames.com I made numerous attempts to contact the seller WWW.IMBUYGOLD.COM and MMO New Games Group but I still haven't received my purchase. They would tell me to come back 8-10 hours everyday and I'd receive my gold. But after several months of the same response I realized I wasn't going to receive my purchase. Eventually I started messaging daily that I'd like a refund. Again, everyday they would tell me I'd receive a refund within 24 hours. It has now been many months later and no delivery of product or refund has been received. I believe this site is a scam using Paypal to collect money. I'm now in the process of disputing this with Paypal but I'll probably be out of luck there since they don't help with virtual purchases. Don't fall into the trap and buy from these guys. Go to another site and buy a small amount first to test them out then go for larger if you need it.
