Construction review: Non payment to sub. contractors

Matthew Taylor after receiving two very large draws on our restaurant & warehouse build out did not pay the electrical, HVAC & plumbing subs. He also never paid the dry wall company and never ordered our exterior steel trim & large warehouse doors. The list is endless of the errors that he and his crew( brother in law) Jason made on our site. These errors cost us thousands in repairs on top of the 70k he never paid our subs after receiving full payment of nearly twice that from us.
