I am writing to express our disappointment in our wedding album. The cover of the album was stained with white marks. The pictures were attached to the page rather than printed into the page as we ordered. There was a duplicate picture meaning one of our selected pictures had been omitted. Another picture was out of focus.

We emailed our salesperson and he replied that he no longer worked for the company. So, we emailed the company directly. A week later no one had responded and we are still waiting for someone to get in contact with us to fix our album.
