Mix Telematics vehicle tracking security services review: Payments taken with no service provided 1

It is with a heavy heart I made payments to this so called service provider- who by the way I hav been with since 2011 and made my monthly payments on time EVERY month.

I traded my vehicle in 2 months ago. I tried calling the call centre only to be left on hold for 20 mins which I could no longer do. I filled out a customer call me back form which no one ever did. I then decided to stop the debit order as I no longer required its services and could not reach anyone. I was then debited twice for services I did not make use of. Deciding to reverse the debit order AGAIN I tried to make contact with them AGAIN and log a complaint on Facebook. When I finally got through to a manager (by my request)- not even she could get hold of anyone in the cancellations department. SURPRISE SURPRISE! It seems this company only reacts to negative social media - BTW it is not a good strategy (Just because someone likes you on Facebook doesnt mean you are actually liked). My account has finally been cancelled - joy to the world!

I was then contacted by Mix Telematics threatening to hand me over as I have not paid for services received. The only way I can prove any form of contact between myself and this company is by pulling my itemised billing and filling out that customer call back form.

THE FACT IS: I did not make use of this service so why should I be held liable for this payment?
I don’t understand how they hold customers responsible for their own inefficiencies and pure lack of customer service. Oh and by the way - can you imagine if I really needed any assistance in the event of my car being stolen?

MIX TELEMATRIX WAKE UP!
Looking at all the Facebook comments made by other consumers and this forum surely you can recognise there is a fundamental problem with the channels your customers are trying to reach you on or the channels in alternative methods in reaching you aren't clear enough or don’t exist!

I will never recommned you to anyone - infact I am just glad to be done with you...

The official reply I got from them is they are happy all my issues have been addressed and that we have reached an agreement.

The only call I received from you is to ask for proof of payment! What a joke - the only reason I paid is because I cannot afford legal costs nor being blacklisted not because I owe you the money...
