We have vacationed in Hilton Head for over 30 years and we have rented many vacation homes from Island Getaway. This year the home was totally misrepresented. We paid $6, 300 for one week and the house was a complete disaster.

Here is a short list of faulty items we found wrong with the house in the first few hours:

-Air conditioning does not cool the house in 98 degree heat
-Holes in the carpet
-Stains on the carpet
-Stains on the furniture
-Back door does not lock
-Mold on outdoor furniture
-Deck doors are not operational
-Light bulbs missing
-Floors not cleaned
