I submitted information to a website that said it was offering a $1500 payday loan. Apparently, in the terms in conditions (that nobody reads) it states that it is a debit card that they charge you $49.95 for. they are impossible to reach. they would not refund my money. All the representatives i spoke with were very snobby, and would cut me off mid-sentence so i couldn't effectively explain my situation. They were not kind and did not offer to help me in any way.
