When I logged on to my computer on 12/03/2009 looking for a website to purchase ant-virus protection what pop up mircosoft anit-virus. I read the information and since i knew that mircosoft is a realiable company I didn't question it. It was suppose to be free for 30 days and it was working after the 30 days it was charged to my credit card. i went on my computer and little to my surpising that my compter was infected with virus. I called Dell which is the company that I purchase my compter from and they help me to clean up my compter. Now that the 30 days are up i was looking @ my charge card statement and there is no phone # for me to reach this company so i could get my full refund of $99.90. I did not get a confirmation number or an no e-mail.

I once contacted a antiviris company advertising under microsoft name they tried to scam me. thankfully I was able to catch on before i gave them my credit card number. be careful If you have legimate microsoftware they normally provide that support service for free. I was thankful to contact the real microsoft company and get it for free. those other companies once you logg on to them them stay locked on to your computer and will not let go. be careful the website address for microsoft should say microsoft. Look for the microsoft trademark. Be alert when they ask for your credit card and personal info. Just ask them for their Phone number etc. If they are real they will they will not take an offence as you are trying to make sure you are dealing with a real company and not a fake scamer.
