My credit card bill shows a charge of $11.95 on 06/11/2008. I remember I did ask for the service once but I thought it was one time transaction only. As I'm seeing in my credit card bill history, they have been deducting the same amount for almost 6 mths. How do I get this charge reversed?

They deducted 11.95 from my card and when i called they said enter some pass code i don't have so how can i get my money back?

They credit one month and add it back on the next! I received nothing --- and don't feel obligated to pay anything.
