I purchased a Milano 150 cc scooter in May. The scooter has had several problems. I call the 800# on the website and leave messages no one ever call back I have sent then numerous e-mail and no replys. I had a scooter tech to call them for parts (which should be under warranty) they do not respond to his calls or e-mails either. I live in Colorado, so I depend on good customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Similar experience with call-backs, etc. My scooter arrived with a malfunctioning rear tire, odometer, speedometer, gas gauge and they REFUSED to do an even exchange for a replacement. Sales guy says one thing, service guy another...have finally gotten my credit card company involved in this dispute.

I was ripped off by a company on the internet. I contacted the attorney general for my state. It was 10 months later but i received a full refund. There is no such organization as the better business bureau. These kind of places take pride in knowing this and treat their customers accordingly. Show them that you are resourceful and have the attorney general for your state contact them and you will be surprised at how quickly the will be willing to work with you after that . Good luck
