My home burned down and insurance wanted us to use 1 of 3 of their preferred providers, we chose Midlans Marble and Granire in Omaha. The lady (which I found out later was related to the owner, they are all related except for their contractors) promised additional discounts at the time of signing. When my husband and I come to their store that changed (at least she tried) but she had already told us 99 cents pr sq ft for our tile, so we called her on that. The tile guy had to come back twice to palce grout where they had missed it, they didnt seal grout..not their job, and they left a hole in my stairs when laying carpet..had to come back and fix that too, which is the carpet there is saggin off of stairs. They wouldnt even send me the warrenty info on the carpet we purchased there to. What a joke. Very unprofessional team.
