I had ordered a MacBook Pro online on 28th Thursday 2017 morning and done the full payment then and there. On Saturday the company people had cancelled the order and the when I called the customer care people they were like sorry we won't be able to resolve the issue and by then I had missed my other offers also. when I checked with them on Saturday they told me the payment has been sent back but it hasn't still reflected in my account. it is very disappointing when such a big and professional stores provide bad services. they had told me the product is out of stock and its not available in any of their stores. and there were more than 10 stocks available in festival city ace hardware.
Data transfer from an of phone to new phone which was bought at plugins
We bought a new Lenovo phone at your store in Festival City on 21.6.2017 invoice number 342452. We could not get the phone working so we visited the shop again on 22.6.2017. It turned out that the phone had a software issue. your sales agent promised to fix it and also do a data transfer from the old phone to the new phone. He said we can leave the phone with him and go into the mall, in about 1 hour it will be ready. We returned 1.5 hours later. The software issue was done but not the data transfer. the sales person went on his break. Then we tried to find another sales person to get the data transfer done. we were told that the data transfer can only be done when we pay a service charge, which was not mentioned by the sales person. We bought many phones at your shop and never had to pay for a data transfer.
It is very bad that the sales agent leaves without completing his duties and his promises. We had to do the data transfer through another company which cost inconvenience and money.
Such a behaviour is not acceptable. The so-called customer service is very bad.
Microwave stopped working after 5 times and useless customer care
Microwave Panasonic bought on 29 Jan 2016 (promotion) and started making sparkles when used after 5 times.
On 8 Feb 2016 I went to their alleged customer "care" where Hudson Mascarenhas promised to call us the next day with a solution.
Lack of decency/professionalism as he laughed in front of us although we were upset with the product and in the end he never called us.
The problem is not the loss of 249 aed but the lack of respect/professionalism which annoys me the most.

My complaint has been finally sorted it.
the company finally contacted me My microwave has been replaced with a new unit, so the problem is solved at my side and I am a happy customer again.
Panasonic has just started monitoring this website and recommend you reach out to our Middle Eastern counterparts so they can properly assist you.
