I too had a similar problem in Hyderabad. their phones are the worst phone in the market. I regret buying a Q7. These guys are testing products on people & taking them for a ride. The serevice centre in Hyderabad is the worst. Chand Bhasha of Veerabadra Agnecies in Ameerpet / Blkampet area is the worst person. They do not even know how to service customers. He was very arrogant. I am making a promise today not to buy another low priced cheap product in my life. PLEASE DO NOT BUY MICROMAX. They have the MAX Isssues.

It’s been 5 months the phone is still under repair and the company always ask to wait for 7 or 15 days whenever call to check the repair of mobile status.

Micro max mobile model x 225 i have purchased on 02 nov 2009. It get switch off itself. Service centre could not resolve the proble and they it is software problem. What can i do please suggest.

I dont know why micromax even decided to launch this product when they dont have any idea what quality control is all about. the tablet is all about bad quality the camera quality is poor, the feel of the tablet hardware is very cheap, the tablet crashes after clicking 4-5 photos, the company claims to have put a dual core processor under its hood but its performance is far worse than a single core processor, the battery life is also bad, display quality is bad. i still regret that moment when i decided to pay INR 6000 for this thing. i want the complaint board to take a serious note of this problem and take appropriate action against the company.

Hello all, i have bought a micromax a94 about 8-9mnthe back for my dad. Within a month of purchase it started malfunctioning and was given for service, micromax guarntees retirn after service within 25 days but phone came back after conitinious reminders and complains after about 1.5 months. Not only this after repair within 2 weeks it was malfunctioning again, and this time it came back after 2 months. Three months of warranty was wasted i fell purposely by micromax. I suggest all to think twice before buying any Micromax product. What i saw at service centre that lot of brand new products were submitted for service and had complains of product not coming back wven after 2 months.

I have purchased micromax doodle a111 in jul 2017 thro flipkart. After three months the battery started showing some issues like heating up. But by six months and few days it started drainig after 1 or 2 hours. Contacted service centre, informed that battery is only 6 months warranty. I have noticed that out of 1o compalints at service centre, 7 - 8 are of battery problem only. And the battery is costing rs. 750 - 850 i have xolo q1000 wihch was purchased in dec 2017 and battery is still having good back up. " customers are hereby requested not to go for micromax aas it is cheap?, but every six months if you are going to purhase new battery, you by 2 - 3 years you will be spending an amount some where near to samsung or xolo etc. Micromax should take care of the battery or else people will throw you out of the market. Customer is always king, to day or tomorrow we will show micromax the power of public.

I bought a MicroMax Cube mobile in Oct.2017 . and now i am REGRETTING every inch of my decision.

The mobile does not run Snaptu and Nimbuzz contrary to the claims of the company. In Dec2010, It has starting to develop snags. It switches off occasionally at its own will and does not restart when power button it pressed !
Also the service centre is full of UNSKILLED people who had once crashed the Mobile Software when trying to run Nimbuzz and Snaptu.

PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY A MICROMAX ... THE COMPANY IS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT AFTER_SALES SEVICE...

My Micromax x360 mobile charging pin was damaged...So I went to Micromax service centre...I experienced worst Customer Service ever...They told me that the charger pin was damaged and told that the pin costs 350Rs. I asked them whether I can avail the warranty... But, they said that as it was a damage there will be no free service...I said okay and then asked them whether it can be repaired or no? They opened the mobile, checked and then confirmed that they can repair it and they entered the details in the JobSheet...Lucky that I didn't gave the money on that day...Then I have been too the shop several times and returned as it was closed...I don't know why the shop was closed during office hours...Then at last after the fourth day when I entered the shop with lot of hope that it will be repaired, it wasn't repaired...Then, I could not hold my anger as the mobile was badly needed as I was away from my parents and also some important calls need to be attended...I asked them the reason and explanation for the same...They did reply very rudely..I asked for the Manager's number and asked them to make a call from their office mobile...The reply was that they don't have balance and cannot make a call, this was not the reply I wanted from them...They first refused to give the number too then they gave the number saying harsh words which I cannot mention...To my delight I could find a service centre where a guy looks like he is well versed in electronics. That guy repaired my mobile for 200Rs/- only...Also, he mentioned that the previous service was very rough which made his job much more difficult...
The Micromax Service centre that I have been to was "Mobile Techies" near Mehidipatnam opp. to SarojiniDevi eye hospital, Hyderabad.

I had purchased micro max q 55 on 24 May 2010 in mumbai.The handset want into "handset mode" was nt coming to " General mode". So on 23rd it was submittied to " Dynamic Enterprises", Chembur for repair. But after repaire its FM was nt working so submitted again on 30th Oct. The services centre promise to delivey within 4 days.

But after two weeks, they are saying parts not avialable and not sure when company will issue parts.

The MicroMax mobiles are the worst mobile which I have seen ever.
Recently I bought Micromax X290 model, its charging port was not working after one week itself. Then I started searching of the service center, after a long hurdles some how I manage to find the near by service center (I have spent more than 8 hour in surfing to find the useless service center of micro max) and I explained the problem to them. those useless guys not responding properly, more over they are begging for the service charges even though it was in warranty period. Surprisingly those Idiots asking 50% of the mobile cost for servicing itself. so please don't think of MIcromax at all. It is very poor reliable product in the market. and it have worst worst worst (It don't know any superlative word on top of worst) service. Opting Micromax is waste of money and waste of time to roam around the useless service centers

Micromax is a bloody [censor]ing mobile and also servicing, please dont go for micromax products.

Before one month I have purchased a Micromax X360 dual sim mobile.

But after one month there is a big problem in the earphone mode in the phone, now I could not able to talk with out ear phone and the phone is always in headset mode(user profile is not also changed in this mode).

I have contacted for this issue to the micromax service station (Shiv Electronics) Old Faridabad, and they are also not able to repire it.

Could you kindly know me that, is this problem is repairable or not and where is the authorized service center in South Delhi .

If not then how can I claim for this as it is in the warranty period.

Hey guys, I am just here to help you…. Pls beware of Micromax Mobile... I hv never seen such a pathetic phone. I bought Micomax Q5 last month.. & now its trackball nt working... I even cn’t unlock my phone because of this….. I really faced very hard time to find a service center... all ph number in booklet/website is wrong…. I somehow managed to find service center …. whn i reach there were 2 ill-mannered & illiterate people out there who doesn't know how to talk to customer... I feel like I came to gaffer market…. Pathetic & frustrating it was……

You need to delete each n every message individually, there is no option to delete several messages.
Only one SIM works at a time
No speaker volume- you cannot change the volume of speaker while talking…
Trackball- From the very first day doesn’t work properly
