The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

mr. michael jamsa is not licensed bonded or insured eventhough he says he and his company are. he is doing tree work illegally. he also doesn't file taxes which prevents his costomers from claiming the services he renders to them unable to be claimed on their taxes due to the threat of getting audited. i would like mr.jamsa investigated for tax evasion, illegal tree work and false advertising.

[protected] is not the phone number for Ms. Cornett any longer. Mr. Jamsa is reluctant to provide his address, but his workers did a good job with the tree work I needed, and did a lot of very good work for the cost.

I do not know about Mr. Jamsa's insurance bonding, but he is not a trustworthy businessman. We scheduled a one-day tree removal and although we paid for the full service, the job was not completed. The workers left before completing the job and explained they'd be back to finish the next day. No one came back. We called Mr. Jamsa and our calls went right to voicemail with no response. I would never recommend this unprofessional Company to anyone else.

As I stated in my last response I am more that happy to answer any questions or concerns anyone may have reguarding our licensing and insurance information. I have provided a phone number that I can be reached at anytime. I have been investigating the initial complaint by Mr. Tim Grey who we have never done any work for and who has not provided any further information about himself so I can contact him to discuss these issues. Due to the fact that whomever has published personal information about Mr.Jamsa, I will only provide informaton to legimate and potential customers. As I'm sure you are well aware any company's licensing and insurance information is public record and under any other circumistances I would have gladly provided the name and license number to anyone who requested it but because "Mr. Grey" has gone to such great lengths to publish personal information about Mr.Jamsa that has nothing to do with our company I do not feel comftorable giving out any more information to someone who will not identify themselves and could potentionally turn around and use that inforamtion for their own company. I'm sure you have heard of identity theift and insurance fraud well there have been many incidents where illegitimate persons and/or companies have used legitimate companies insurance information and numbers to contract out work to unsuspecting customers. Unfortunatly a large portion of consumers do not check to make sure that the licensing and insurance information provided to them by a contractor actually is that of their company or their own. They assume if you are willing to provide it and put it in a contract it is legitimate. Very rarely do they ask to see the actual license registration certification that is provided to them by the department of labor, licensing and regulation which provides a licensing registration certificate number, experation date, effective date, category number, what type of licence it is and to what company or individual it is certified to. And in the case it is an individual that has obtained the license a photo is required on the license in the right corner and the Governor, Lt. Governor and Secretary names appear in the left hand corner along with the required signature of the bearer of the license. All licensees are to post their company or individual license in their place of business but are also provided a identification card size license that they are to provide to potiential customers or along with a contract and a photo identification to prove it is actually there license. I encourage all consumers to ask to see the actual companies or individuals license and in the same token warn all companies and individuals who have a license, registration or certification to be cautious on who they give there license registration number to. Now as for the insurance information any licensed company has to obtain insurance just like when you register a car you must provide insurance information to the mva the same goes for the department of labor, licensing and regulation. You must provide your insuance information to them. And just like the mva if you let it lapse you get a fine. Now if you are a licensed individual you must provide the information of the licensed company you are working for to the department of labor licensing and regulation. If you choose to work for yourself you must obtain your own individual insurance or work with someone or for another licensed individual that has insurance. So with that being said all concerned persons/potential customers know what they need to ask our company for if they choose to hire us which we will be more than happy to provide when the time is appropiate. But under no circumstances will I be publishing that information for just anyone espically when it has been made clear to me that whomever is requesting this information is choosing to stay annoymous and that Mr. Grey has published personal information that has nothing to do with our company.

You've made mention of a parent company, but did not name this company. Can you reveal this parent company so that the concerned public can contact them to find out if this is true and not some Imaginary company. If it is a legitimate parent company when did this merger occur? Before or after this complaint? I'm sure that you are adamant about clearing your name. Just sounds FISHY that you never mentioned the name of the parent company. I have never seen a subsidary so secretive about it's parent company whether it's with serious or less than serious clients. There is no harm in naming this LEGITIMATE parent company on this site. I'm sure it would do alot for your client base and the concerned public. Still holding my breath.

My name is Teresa Cornett and I happen to be a co-owner of Michael's Tree and Landscaping. We are a subsidiary of a parent company that holds all of our license materials and insurance information. Due to inappropirate use of Mr. Jamsa's personal information to spread false information, licensure information will not be published on-line. License information is always provided to legitimate potential clients. Please call for this information [protected].

I challenge Mrs Garcia and her four misled friends to prove that michael's tree & landscape company is or has ever been licensed by the state before you stand up in court. I'll be holding my breath waiting for you & your four friends to post proof of licensing. Maryland DNR can help you poor bamboozled clients with your GHOST SEARCH

This complaint is obviously without any basis of truth. Posting a false social security number, making false claims without posting contact information is ridiculous. Michael's Tree Removal and Landscaping has done a phenomenal job for me, and at least four other people who would be happy to stand up for him in court. Obviously "Tim Grey" has too much time on his hands.

This so called complaint is without merit and furthermore this individual has never been a customer or potential client of Michel's tree and landscaping service.
