VACAZON rented us a home in Miami Beach presenting it as a luxury home. This was farthest from the truth. Upon arrival, we were dismayed at the condition of the home: no hot water, half the electric switches did not work, the pool was filthy, broken kitchen cabinets, pubic hair on supposedly clean sheets, no air-conditioning in certain parts of the house, generally filthy, run-down, and the owners junk everywhere. Luckily we were able to have returned most of our money. However, VACAZON kept $1, 000. This was truly a scam. VACAZON figures either you will stay and suffer through it or they will negotiate with you and keep some of your money. The home is located on 3541 Flamingo, Miami Beach, Florida. VACAZON presents stunning pictures of the home. I have a video that shows otherwise. There is another complaint on this web-site. Someone named Ariel M. usualy answers these posted complaints stating that VACAZON is a great company. She works for them. Call them and listen to their directory.

Hello, Mr. Rozenberg, I am from the Support department. I was investigating your claim, and wanted to respond. As far as the condition of the property, we sent you the pictures prior to booking and you agreed that it was a nice home, in a luxurious location. As far as the complaint of lack of electricity, there was a fuse that needed to be switched on, and we did that right away. The home was cleaned before you came by a crew, yet since you came for Passover you perhaps felt that it needed to be extra clean during for your stay, but you would have needed to tell us this. When you called in the morning after your arrival, we offered to bring a crew to clean again, even though we already had a cleaning crew come before you arrived, and we were attentive to everything you requested. You told us you were going to consider the situation and would let us know what you decided, perhaps to place you in an alternative property. You did stay one day, for which the cost of one day plus cleaning was $1, 000. You secured these days months before, this was during the peak season of Passover. When you decided to leave the property, we could not find a replacement for this busy season. The fact that we refunded you for one day's stay and did not take any penalties shows that we were very considerate of the situation and were doing everything we could to satisfy your needs. You did not show your disagreement with the fact that the owner wanted to take this one night's pay. Yet after the fact we found this comment on the web. We were in contact after this comment was posted and you said you were going to take the comment off. You responded by saying that the original site does not allow you to take it off. Since the site has now changed to a new site, please try again to rectify this matter, and remove this comment from this site. As an aside, the Arielle that works for us spells her name as ARIELLE, not Ariel M. This person does not work for us. This is a customer that came for a vacation, and rented from us and was satisfied. Thank you The Support Team
