I know that it's has been awhile but as you all know I am still helping people fight this monster!
MGC Mortgage/LNV Corp is at it again please don't be fooled by Andrew Beal he is a man with many disguises he is even hiding under Devonhulem please don't be fooled!
I am asking each and everyone of you to please file a complaint with OFFICE OF THE STATE ATTORNEY'S GENERALS LOCATED IN AUSTIN TEXAS! I am asking you to put your every single complaint and I mean every single complaint on paper and we want to flood this office! I know for a fact that everyone of you has at least 15 complaints. I will be happy to give you the first 12! For those of you who can afford it please send your complaints cerfied if you are unable to do so please send them regular mail. We want them to not only look at MGC and how they are doing business Texas but how they are doing business in the remaining 50 other states as well! This fraud of a company needs to be brought out in the light and if you sit back and do nothing your voice will not be heard! Please let your voice be heard and your concerns addressed. We want congress to hear our voices!
Here are the first 12! 1)We want to have a complete history of payments from the inception of the loan not what MGC wants to give us 2)We want to know how the prinicpal is being applied 3)We WANT TO SEE OUR DEED NOT THE DEED IN TRUST 4) We want to see your W9 that shows that you are paying taxes in the USA 5) We want to see your lisence to practice in the state that we live in! 6) We want to have copies front and back of every single check that you have claimed to have paid out on our behalf TAXES, INSURANCE, etc 7) We want to know where are our statements 8)We want to know where you are getting these interest rates from because we all know they are not from the index 9) Why are you not applying payments to the loans 10) What kind a scram are you running when we all know that you don't do remod's and then you come back to us with payments twice as high as our proir payment 11) Why are you telling us that you are not getting payments after you have cashed our checks 12) For the ones who do get statements why are the amounts incorrect etc you have the idea people these are all complaints.13) The most important thing that each and everyone of you needs to look at is your 1098's for every year you have been with this fraud of a company. This is the statement that they tell our federal gov(IRS) that you pay in interest yearly. I will be happy to show anyone mine because I gave them in 09/2010 33k and mine only reports 21k this is FRAUD! this means that you are filing your tax returns incorrectly for some of you this means that you probably would have gotten back more on your return! I have been telling people for over a year now and I have been helping people for awhile if you need help please let me know I hope that you have a better understanding as to what is going on here. This is big we just had a victory against MGC so we are making progress. thanks

Hello Terry, Seems like so familiar with dealing with this mortgage company as well we r n 2nd chapter 13 with them. The first discharged because of charges the company applied an payments weren't enough. Now the payment is 2,100 monthly n order to keep our home. There was a lender placed insurance hazard policy added to the chapter13 every year for 5 yrs total in 13,064.50 dollars spent on insurance that we already had with farmer's insurance to cover our home.So that amount is somewhere we have not heard a word from mgc about refunding our money or applying it to chapter 13 , nor have our attorney has been notified. The only thing we received from mgc is the again lender placed insurance$ 2,829- for current year. But we did receive 5 statements saying that there was "duplicate" coversge for each year an with all 5 years totaled $13,064.50 as states total return premium amount. These statements dated 7/28/22 an still haven't heard from them. I'm grateful to b able to share with u my experience with them as well. I've been with MGC for a number of years now and have tried to get them to work with me on changing over from a adjustable rate to a fixed rate and I've had no cooperation with MGC at all, all they want to do is give me a modification that raises my monthly payment and will not work with me, their is no one out there that wants to loose their home, there are all kind of government programs out there that's willing to help peoples but MGC will not honor that, that's what they told me.
