Metro PCS will not honor rebate. Bought phone at the end of January submitted rebate form with UPC Code and pat of Package with other numbers and did not receive a reabte. Wrote to them went back and forth for months and still no rebate. The company just reverts messsages to the place where you purchased the phone and they cant do anything and then asks you to call suctomer service and customer service tells you they cannot do anything you have to contact the rebate department still not rebate and it's July. This is unacceptable.

MetroPCS been charging me $5 a month for features (freedom package) that covered by my plan for 2 years now and they are not willing to refund any of it!

PC Metro Booo!
In recent days I went to BEST BUY to buy it for my daughter a phone type android, the shelf I was saying $ 50 rebate. It's all fairy tales, I lost my family plan for 4 phones for $ 125 a month to go to more than $ 160 and after calling hundreds of times Metro PC Booo, I was told that Best Buy does not participate in the promotion of $ 50 card Visa. Please be more serious

The store closes at 8:30 pm on Monday-Saturday. I went on a Monday at 8:00 pm & no one was there. I'm filing a complaint about them leaving the store before they're supposed to, they should be fired for this.

It is standard for a customer service representative at any cellular store to make a copy of your drivers liscence and debit card? This is what happened I purchased my metro pcs phone at a metro pcs dealer. That just does'nt seem right to me. In fact I went to Metro PCS corporate store and the representative there told me to report them to customer service.

I tried to purchase a cell phone online with metro pcs.They said my card needed a sigature and could not proceed with the purchase.Then they sent me a e-mail telling me my card was not charged.They LIED ! They charge my card four times for the amount of 48.07 which came to a total of 192.28 and I live on a fixed income so I can, t afford to get robbed. Thank you for helping me!

Metro PCS is ripping me off $3 a month to pay my bill. You HAVE to pay your Metro PCS bill at a store and they charge $3 to do that. You cannot pay your bill over the phone or on line. Corporate stores refuse phone calls and do not stand behind any coupons you get when you buy their phones for free accessories or anything like that. They're arrogant and very crude people.

Thought I did all of my research for the $50 unlimited plans boost vs. metro pcs, and went with metro pcs because they are CDMA, and boost uses the old nextel iDEN network... CDMA... there were other pluses for me to get the metro pcs phone today... but the problem is that it uses BREW operating system, and has no JAVA support, so the mobile internet sucks... no video with youtube, no downloading opera mini... and the list goes on...

I purchased my phone on the 31 of the month which makes my payment due on the 31 of the month with the exception that the month does not go to 31 days which then would make my payment due the last day of each month but this has not been happening and my service has been being disconnected on the 28th pleas explain.

We have tried to cancel our month to month agreement with them since December and they never canceled my service. We do not have any contract with them. We are a month to month customer. My credit card company is being billed automatically every month. I had to close my account and get a new number because Metro PC has very bad service.

Sent the reciept in and poof metro scammed me..
Now i will go on Facebook or i'll start a petition to get my daughters money back, maybe even court...

My phone and family's and friends have not have any service since yesterday. 04/28/12 no calling, texting.or so.so ever today is 04/29/12 7 am and still nothing want to know.wats going on and why is that we have no service.

MY SON AND I BOTH USED OUR DEBT CARDS TO PAY OUR BILL ONLINE AT METRO PCS AND SOMEONE STOLE OUR DEBT CARD NUMBERS AND CLEANED OUT OUR BANK ACCOUNTS. METRO PCS
IS THE ONLY PLACE WE BOTH USED OUR DEBT CARDS.

I think the Metro PCS Rebate offer is a SCAM to keep customers paying for service. Maybe eventually you'll get the rebate - DOUBTFUL...as I just called to inquire about my rebate that was RECEIVED: 02-24-2015...APPROVED: 03-18-2015...it is now...MAY 21-2015...STILL NO REBATE.
Called the Rebate line...was told they see that my rebate was approved...but has not been mailed...well DUH! This witch actually said she does not know when it will be mailed due to the overwhelming response to the rebates...ARE YOU F-ING KIDDING ME...I don't care if they send the rebate or not...I WILL NOT PAY THEM FOR ANOTHER MONTH OF THIS AWEFUL SERVICE.

MY PHONE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLONED. WHEN I TRY TO MAKE A CALL, I CAN ONLY USE WI-FI. BUT I HEAR A CONVERSATION IN PROGRESS ON MY PHONE ! ONLY THE STORE MANAGER IN HALF MOON BAY KNOWS MY PASS WORD !

I bought a phone and mailed out the rebate form in January 21, 2014. I went back to the store and been told it would take one or two months to get a rebate in the mail. Well ! now we are in April 15, 2014 and I still have not heard anything from Metro PCS. I predicted something like this would happens because the bad reputation of this company so I made extra copies of everything before I mailed out but now I dug into my files I could not find the copies of the receipts! Very sad because i been cheated by a rebate program of Metro PCS. and two weeks later after I bought my new phone it was accidentally drop in the toilet water. I didn't buy the insurance for my new phone so i could not fix to use the phone at all. Such a waste !

their phone service is horrible. they keep shuting my service off after i paid my bill. then had to pay it twice in one month as to wether ill get refunded for their mistake i dont know

I purchased a Android Hauwei phone March 18, 2011 The phone was $168 with a $30 Mail in rebate. I mailed the rebate with the form and receipt that same day. The sales person told me it takes 4-6 weeks to arrive .. i am in week 8 and still haven't received my rebate. I believe it was false advertising and i want my rebate money back

Bought phone 1/14/13, called 5 months later about rebate, went back and forth since 05/14/2013 the time my rebate was due and still no rebate. The company just reverts messsages to the place where you purchased the phone and they can't do anything and then asks you to call customer service and customer service tells you they cannot do anything, or that they will mail the rebate again because they already mailed it. You contact the rebate department still no rebate and it's July; 7months later.And sstill no rebate. Is this a scam?

Purchased a Coolpad 4G from Metro in October 2012. I completed the forms for a $50 rebate, and sent them in, their records show they recieved it on 10/10/12. The paperwork said it will take 12 weeks to receive my rebate...I am on week 18 and still no rebate. When I contacted them to ask about why it was taking so long, they give me this story about how my rebate had to be verified before it could be processed...They didn't verify it until the beginning of January...and I am still waiting. There was no explination from the customer service rep why it took 3 months just to get it verified. Now they say it will be sometime in February before I receive it.

I exchanged my old service provider to metro pcs. I recently found out that this service is a hugh waist and I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. I have never dealt with an unprofessional company as metro pcs. I wish I could get my old service provider back as I changed providers, because I heard metro pcs offers unlimited everything.

Maybe there was a reason they closed early and what the hell are you doing showing up at 8 if they close at 8:30, you had a whole day to go there and you wait till they close, im sure they appreciate you waiting all day till the store is near closing for you to go in and hassle them.

I did the same thing when I first read this complaint. I promise you people that your life with not end if you don't check facebook every two minutes. Maybe once I get MetroPCS I'll complain that I can't play Farmville on it.. or bet yet that I can't play World of Warcraft on it =D

No really this is a ridiculous complaint and if that's the reason you don't want to use their service I'm thinking you should reevaluate your priorities.

Fraud doesn't only come from online purchase, I've been with Metro for over 6 years never had that problem. People that work for the card it self can use your card, sometimes they just run any number and hope to get lucky, and it seems like your card number was the person doing the fraud lucky number.

I paid with metro Pcs prepaid cards and they are still charging me money for the phone line it isn't much but that totally just pissed me off my boyfriend and i contacted metro and still couldn't get assistance the number was a total miss lead we even went to a store and the employee has no idea what hes doing, he said he just sells phones...well if you know any way that I could get my money back or at least pay my bill and get this fixed please reach me at herp_25@yahoo.com THANX!
