I wanted to change color of ordered product, but they don't don't answer my calls and emails. I tried to cancel order, but I can't get response from them. I feel scammed!

After a month of waiting I still never received a shipping confirmation! I had received a purchase the day of my order and they were quick to take my money, but NEVER SENT ME WHAT I ORDERED. I had to harass them to even get a response. They kept giving me the run around and two times said that I would be getting a shipping confirmation within a few days but that never happened. They do not communicate through phone- only email and 99% of the time do not respond to your emails. On their main web site they only list good reveiws and you can not actually comment on their "testimonials" section. BUT you can post comments on their facbook page. Which I highly reccomend everyone to veiw. Its full complaints from people just like me who never recieved their order. Although whoever runs the Mermagica website deletes their msg board once in awhile I've noticed. But they aren't fooling anyone. They can delete all they want but the negative comments will keep coming as long as they are in business! Do not buy anything from them! Its not worth the money and the hassle!
