I have been having my dress clothes cleaned at various locations for about 8 years now and haven't had any problems until now. I recently started using Merchant cleaners after moving to this part of town and have since lost two dress shirts in two weeks with tears in the left arm. They claim it's normal wear and tear from me leaning on the elbow but one of the shirts is only months old. It's ironic that both tears are in the left elbow since I am right handed and lean on my right elbow a lot more frequently than my left. Just a heads up if you're considering taking your clothes here.
