I placed an order for a dvd set on December 16, 2007. They sent me a confirmation of my order, and added 19.19, for shipping. My credit card was billed on December 17th, 2007, for more than my invioce total. Since then, I have sent numerous E-mails requesting status. They have sent me 7 e-mails telling me the product was backordered. Several stated that they had not billed my debit card, even though I have a bank statement showing that they have. My last E=mail from them was on Feb. 20th, 2008, informing me that the product was due to be shipped in 5-7 business days. Since then I have heard nothing, and my inquiries go unanswered. It is now May 26th, 2008, and I have the impression that they have no intention of sending anything. They are apparently in the business of defrauding customers, not supplying a product. I have registered a complaint with the FBI internet fraud division, for anyone that's interested their link is http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/fraud/internet/
