I completely agree with you!!! They have a dummy contact us link, but no one ever responds! and god knows I have tried for the last several months. Most of the complaints on this website are inaccurate, outdated, or copied from other complaints websites like http://www.complaintsboard.com. This is an ILLEGAL website being run out of India and it should be shut down!!! I wish I knew how?! It is very frustrating :(
