This dry cleaning establishment has twice lost my clothing. The first time I was upset but accepted the fact that my clothes were lost since I understand that mistakes can happen. The second time the man behind the counter told me that it was my fault that my clothes were lost because I'd come in earlier that week (I had not) and changed my name (to "Amad Uhaz") and address (not my address). He yelled at me and charged my credit card for the clothing that they lost. They did not give me any replacement compensation.
